The staffs attention. The gentleman that works the morning was great! The women in the afternoon was of very little help. She had no idea where key tourist spots were. She spoke english well however.

Well appointed lobby, café, and rooms. No washcloths

Location Outdated bathrooms and rooms

Location, helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast. Shower in bathtub very difficult to get into without slipping. Walk in shower without tub would be safer. Room quite small, but good value for Paris.

The only positive thing about this hotel was its location. The area is lovely, but everything else fell well below expectations. We were extremely disappointed with our stay. Before our arrival, we specifically requested a quiet room away from the elevator. Despite this, we were initially assigned a room directly opposite the elevator with only a double door separating it from the hallway. It quickly became obvious why the room had a double door: every time the elevator doors opened or closed, the walls of our room literally shook. The extra door did nothing to reduce the noise or vibration, making it impossible to relax. When we reported the issue to the front desk, we were told they had never received this complaint before, which was difficult to believe given how severe the disturbance was. The first alternative offered was a room on the sixth floor that could only be accessed by stairs. This was simply not a reasonable option. My mother is recovering from knee surgery and could not climb multiple flights of stairs, nor should we have been expected to carry our luggage up and down the stairs after specifically booking a hotel with elevator access. The only other option offered was a very small room on the first floor. Even the receptionist warned us that the room was tiny, and they were right—once a suitcase was open, there was barely enough space to walk through the room. We were also informed that the room was very dark because it faced what appeared to be a basement or enclosed area, with virtually no natural light. We accepted this room only because the alternatives were even worse. It was not a genuine choice, but rather the least unsuitable option available. Overall, this stay fell far short of what we paid for and what we reasonably expected. The hotel failed to accommodate a request that had been made in advance, and the "solutions" offered were not appropriate given my mother's mobility limitations. The experience had a significant negative impact on our trip, and we feel that a partial refund would be a fair resolution considering the circumstances.

Everyone working there was very nice. The cleaning people were totally discreet not like in other hotels where they speak loud to each other or vacuum so early and wake up guests paying to sleep there. All was great. Just the size of the room was difficult with my luggage open, I hardly had room to circulate. Tough to pay over 200 euros per night for such a small space. More soace to leave one luggage open.

Location was near cafes and metro stop. Just minutes from shopping and cafes. It is a very small room which is often the case. A bit awkward for 2 suitcases. Bathroom was ok and shower was good.

No elevator in the building

Excellent location. We were on the 6th floor and the elevator goes up to the 5th floor. The stairs are narrow and spiral. So very difficult to get up. There is no assistance with your baggage. As we are older folks this was inconvenient.

Buffet breakfast with very good scrambled eggs, pastries, cereals, meats, cheese and juices. Smallish room and bathroom.

The space was small but adequate. The location was wonderful, the wifi was great, and I loved how quiet and dark the room got at night. The space was small. Some staff were friendly and helpful, others were not. Daily room cleaning was not consistent in quality or time - one day I missed it completely because I came back to my room and had no towels for the next day. The toilet in my room was not working properly (the water constantly ran). The bed was not very comfortable.

Very cosy atmosphere. The staff was amazing. Very comfortable room. The location is great, well connected to the metro and trains. The are classic bars and restaurants around as well as bakerys. Small bathroom.

The location was perfect—right by the metro, surrounded by cafés and shops, the room was incredibly quiet and comfortable. The hotel was spotless, spacious for Paris, and ideal for anyone who enjoys a cozy boutique atmosphere

Good location Smaller room, but that’s what you get in Paris. My husband and I were only there for 2 nights so we managed! Staff were night and the bed was comfy.
