Very good location and very friendly and helpful personnel! The hotel is clean and the room was comfortable. They provide everything you would expect in this kind of hotel. The walls are thin so noises from adjacent rooms can be heard.

Very clean, cozy. Employees at front desk were great. Especially Florian. Breakfast was lovely. Nothing. Well the Orpheus guests in the hallway and above us.

The location Everything,small room at night shift only one staff working in the reception.when asking them for anything they said we have it here can you go down and take it , small elevator no one help or even offer to help with my bags ( i had four bags and tiny left can’t take more than one bag per time ) I want to thank Mr.Mohammad and Miss .ludmela they were very kind and helpful and he tried sooo much to help us with everything they could help .

Vintage Paris, authentic Parisian feel. It has a farmer’s market close by. Elevator was small only one person and and luggage. But this is normal in some of the older hotel buildings

Location is terrific. Staff is super! Helpful and friendly!! A little quirky…door keys needing to be frequently re-coded… elevator not working one afternoon.

The location and I lived my room The staff at the front desk in the morning were unhelpful and the indifferent attitude by the female over the phone refusing to provide me with packets of coffee left a very bad taste in my mouth I was told I needed to go downstairs to get them
