Staff was friendly. It was close to Metro and the train station. Elevator broke down. It was very shabby. To be fair, I didn't check for AC before making the reservation and Paris was unseasonably hot during my stay, but it was unbelievably uncomfortable.
-
The room was small but had all the necessary amenities. It would have been nice to have had some air-conditioning given the hot spell that France was going through, but there was a much appreciated fan. The breakfast was excellent. I especially appreciated the fresh squeezed orange juice and the fresh fruit. The staff were helpful and courteous. The lift was not working, but that wasn't too much of a burden for me.

Easy location from gare de nord to walk, but far enough away to feel safe. Great for a quick stay. Very Small rooms and no a/c.

Convenient location, close to metro and train station, lot of restaurant around. room are small, double room to fit 3 people, no hot shower on first night, need to wait till next morning to get a shower, don't think we going back next time.
-
Location, close to many useful amenities, transportation, eateries, metro, etc. staff speak other languages, helpful, friendly. Did not have breakfast because many choices are just around the corner. Bathroom sink fixture overlaps toilet seat in small rooms, struggle every single time to use. Private bathroom but a struggle to use.

The location near the Gard du Nord was what I wanted. My bathroom had one wall with exposed plaster board which made it feel like a building site. I mentioned this to the receptionist and she told me to send an email to management but I never got a reply. No offer was made for a new room and the problem was purely ignored. Inside the toilet rim there was a brown stain which again I mentioned in my email to no avail. The room had 2 single beds. I think the smallest beds I have slept in since I was a child. Every time someone flashed the toilet or used the shower I could hear it. This went on well into the night. All in all an unpleasant experience which will not be repeated.

The lift. Too small and we still need to use stairs. There is no comolimentary coffee and water.

Room arw very small
-
The break fast was good as well the location also good I think that the city tax should be included in the price of room booking. I was not prepared to pay extra amount for my stay.

The room is so small we were a groupe

The breakfast is good nothing fancy!! Nothing
-
The kitchen staff is very unprofessional and rude.
-
A lot of noise in the evening and the neighbourhood was not the best, but I understand that the hotel ils close to a train station, the elevator was nor working 2 times in 3 days. I think it is good but a little to expensive for the service you get. At the end it is paris

Convenient location close to train station. Great shower with excellent water pressure.
-
Best shower pressure I have ever had in a hotel! Nice clean hote The elevator! It stops between floors! So you either have to walk up or down to get to your room, if you have a lot of luggage this really sucked. I don’t know who came up with this idea but it’s stupid.
-
the price is a bit high for the facilities and the room from the bathroom could not have had a sliding door, but a normal one :)
-
