Hôtel Du Brabant

It is very close to Gare Du Nord. Room is very small and old.

No a/c, but at least a big new ventilator. We stayed in Paris at +37, so it was really important. Comfortable beds, clean, big bathroom, great location. You can use microwave oven and teapot at the reception 24/7. Extremely hot summer days during our stay....

None We had to cancel our room the next day as air conditioning is not working and mosquitoes enter as we had to open windows, facilities are outdated. Until now we have not received any response to our refund , only had to stay overnight because it is too late when we arrived to look for another hotel. What is frustrating is nobody respond to our messages when we asked for our cancelation and refund, including booking.com (when you follow up, you always have to repeat yourself, very frustrating experience, I will never book in this platform and will not recommend to stay in this hotel

Serviceable breakfast in a nice location near two metro stations (less than ten minute walk). Lots of boulangeries and cafes in the area. The property is old, which is not a problem by itself, but it was not well maintained. The handheld shower holder's bracket was broken, and the shower curtain was missing, and there were only two outlets for four people. The elevator was broken as well.

nothing The communication with the staff was terrible + they never answered on booking + they didn't answer to the phone + they refused to change dates even if it was an option I took when buying the rooms. The property wasn't clean at all. The workers of my team who stayed at the place complained about the room and the facility and the cleaness. I go several time a month to Paris for work and it was the worsed experience in several years.

unfortunately most of the reviews here and on google are true: the walls are thin, our sink in the bathroom was partially clogged and and filling up very quickly, it leaked as well somewhere so we were given an extra towel for the floor.

Close to 2 supermarkets and to both Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est I complained about the weak wifi signal on the 6th floor which remained spotty throughout my 4 day stay. The elevator stops between floors. Anywhere you need to go in the 6-storey building, you’ll always stop half a floor above or below your actual destination. You will always have to carry your luggage half a floor, regardless. The shower stall, as expected in most Parisian hotels, is small.

Great, great location. Near metro stations. Very cute cafes, restaurants, bulangeries and supermarkets nearby. Went to a lot of sights by foot. For the price it's very decent, if you just plan on sleeping and wont spend much time in the room, this is very good. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The room service cleaned the room every day, so even though the furniture is pretty old the room was clean. The room was quite humid, you felt it especially when coming from outside.

The room and the location. and the bed was also very comfy, all and all, its a 8.5 for me, i really do recommend this hotel, and its fairly priced

Excellent location and really good value. Perfect if you're needing somewhere to sleep whilst exploring. Nothing in particular, just a basic hotel.

It’s pretty close to Gare Du Nord and easy to get to main touristy placew It misses maintance, the bathroom was dirty, small and the it didn’t have a shower itself, there was a showehead only

There is no Hair dryer

The location was fine. The breakfast was supposed to start at 7 AM but there was no one there to prepare it. We were rushing to the airport and very disappointed that we could have coffee and croissant. They charged us E8 for that. There was only one outlet in the room. And the winding staircase was very difficult to maneuver. Their elevator was mid-level. We had to climb several stairs to get to the initial elevator.

Humidity and fungi in the room and bathroom

Nothing Bedbug infested mattresses. I had numerous bites on my body. We killed many bedbugs at night. After 3 nights, we left the hotel. We had to move into an expensive hotel and spend additional $350 at Hilton Hotel near CDG airport The elevator was non functioning. We had to climb narrow stairs. Lighting was poor. I want full refund for my stay. I am a loyal "Genius" client of Booking.com since 6 years.

wifi doesnt work, lift doesnt work

Location Our room had no accessible outlet to plug in converter for charging phones, hair dryer or hair irons. We had to beg for another room. I checked the 2nd room they were going to give us & same problem. The 3rd room I was shown had 2 outlets but shower head needed replacing & very tiny bathroom. But we took it. Also, elevator stopped on winding stairs between floors , so you had to either carry your luggage up or down the narrow stairs. Also, the elevator didn’t stop at all floors. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

They told us they would have a taxi called for us in the morning, but they didnt

Convenient location. Quiet neighborhood Room was very small Bathroom door was broken and most of it was missing Inside the bathroom toilet seat was detached from the toilet. Sink, shower and toilet were very close together. There was hardly any space to move

Very close to restaurants, Metro and buses. Old people cannot stay here with their luggage. The hotel location is fantastic but the hotel needs some renovation. Especially bathrooms .
