The proximity to the Metro, restaurant and shops. Breakfast was very delicious and the service provided was great. (Nasser) and (Latticia) at reception, very accommodating and attentive throughout. Thanks :-) We asked for the rooms to not be cleaned, hung the sign on the door, yet our request was not met.

I booked a family room and a twin room for five of us. it was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean, kettle was there for hot drink. We didn’t have breakfast because we wanted to try out a bakery outside. Main stations and metro stations are close by, staff were able to speak in English and were helpful too. Everything was fine just you can hear the trains at night once in a while not through the all night.

Comfortable clean bed and bathroom Receptionist lady on first day was very unfriendly. We dropped water from their water tap and she came very aggressively with a mop..not a nice welcome at all and made us very scared. Breakfast was atrocious. We came at 8.45 and no eggs,.no beans, no croissants. Absolutely awful! I have never experienced a hotel where food is not replenished regularly. When you asked for more food they would say food is now finished until tomorrow OR they would bring one item. How can there only be a cleaner and one waitress slash cook present?? I paid nearly 250 pounds a night. Very very abysmal.

Solo traveller here. Since it was August and the heat was an issue. I was pleased to enter my room and it being cool. Very much enjoyed my room. Slept well. Breakfast was good. I was on the 4th floor. It was quiet which I enjoy. Nothing really

The air conditioners in the rooms and lobby were a lifesaver in the 40° heat! Hotel also offered ice cold water in the lobby to fill up your water bottles! We had a triple room and it was spacious, you would never guess that from the look at the old building! Room modern and clean! The breakfast area was a bit snug for the number of guests but this probably depends on what time you go down for breakfast.

Unfortunately the lift was out of order during our stay and in the heat the stairs were hard work. Lovely little hotel though and the complimentary drinks and snacks at reception was much appreciated and a lovely touch. I would stay here again. Lift out of order
