Nothing It was dirty, small, the fridge was not making the food cold at all and the ac didn’t work until the second day

Reception was available all night . The receptionist had a possitive attitude. The location is great.

Getting out of there! The hotel condition was completely opposite the website photos. Filthy molds/mildews in the outdoor areas. Overgrown and unmanicured entry area with huge trash pile. Molds/mildews in the shower. Trash here and there. Wore out surfaces and walls. Small, cramped rooms. Management subsequently offered 5 day stay in the future, but would not compromise on a 50% refund. I visit Paris about once every 15 years! Thanks for NOTHING!

The beds were comfortable and the street is quiet. It's also located near many metro stations so it only takes about 20 minutes to get to the center of the city. Having an elevator is convenient. The cleaning staff are really friendly and understanding. We came back to the room while they were cleaning and they came to find us after they'd finished to let us know when we could reenter, which was really considerate. Some of the staff were very friendly & helpful, but others had a off-putting attitude. Our initial experience was negative and had us looking for another hotel last minute until we finally got to speak to someone understanding who was able to change our room. The rooms advertise as having air conditioning but it's centrally controlled and the hotel doesn't turn it on until the middle of the summer (we stayed in May). The room got above 28C/82F at times. They told us to open the windows, but then bugs fly in. The rooms are much smaller than they look in the photos and not super clean. Generally, the hotel is overpriced for what you get.

Close to the rail station, lots of restaurants and shops in the area Neighborhood a little sketchy

Decent space. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Had difficulty controlling shower temp. Luggage storage was in the earring space and not as secure as advertised. Early check in is not an option due to small size of the property and limited housekeeping staff.

Room was a bit cramped.

My favorite part of the hotel was definitely the breakfast!! I looked forward to it every morning. The staff was great and the hotel itself was so cute!

Very Very Bad! Do not go there! Dirty and need a big update. Extremely disappointed and so expensive for what it is.

Location is fantastic! Staff was friendly upon checking but after that we seemed to be a bother. Our sink was plugged, they “fixed it” but it was still plugged and would drain extremely slow. Rooms are filthy. Bathroom sink/tub toilet is clean but walls, floors, doors and tiles were really dirty. A cleaner stay! Maybe a dish for the soap and a hand towel face cloth. The bath towels are grey and super thin!
