The location was very convenient, as the hotel was close to the central train station. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The room and bathroom were very small, and the bathroom door was difficult to close. There was considerable street noise, especially ambulance sirens. Breakfast was very basic, and the lift was small. Overall, the hotel felt quite congested and was not worth the price paid.

The highlight of the stay is the staff! The reception people and special thanks to Centha, the breakfast gentleman and the cleaning team. They are all very helpful and friendly. The check in was very quick. The breakfast was good (fresh fruits, boiled eggs, cheese and cold meats, fresh bread and croissants/pain au chocolat, tea, coffee, juice, milk and almond milk). The room and bathroom were always clean. The shower pressure is very good. The a/c is good in Paris heat but apparently it’s centrally controlled. Alla in all, it was good value for money. The location is also good. We had booked this hotel for its reviews and elevator availability. However, beware that the triple rooms are only accessible by some long and narrow stairs. The reception team helped us at check-in/checkout tho. The triple room can benefit from a renovation.

It was clean and was a duplex The bathrooms were tiny, there was no long mirror. The ground floor room was big but the stairs were too narrow and risky with kids. Also the view isn’t great from inside.

A lovely well decorated simple hotel, lovely staff, very compact. If you are claustrophobic you need to be aware its very very small. Narrow corridors, small shower and dark decor.

Lovely hotel, air conditioned room, neat and clean, and very polite and friendly staff at the reception. Everything was great - though some more options in breakfast would be nice.

Great location. Very close to Gare du Nord station. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Good place to base yourself for a trip to Paris Small rooms and tiny lift but that’s typical of buildings in Paris.
