The location is good and the hotel is very clean. The A/C do not work and the staff didn’t want to help and resolve the issue.

Walkable distance to Gare du Nord train station, public transport and local commerce, reasonable breakfast. Tiny room with persistent sewage smell in the bathroom, and the neighbourhood itself near Gare du Nord and the hotel is very dirty.

Very good location, friendly and helping staff, nice breakfast. Easy to leave your luggage if you want to spend time in the city after you check out. Very near the north train station that has direct connection to the airport via RER B - 40 minutes and you are in CDG airport. Facilities are a bit worn out, room is small and you can hear how doors of nearby rooms are closing.

The cleanliness of the room was really subpar. The bed was uncomfortable and the bed cover completely sliped off of the mattress even though I don’t move much at night.

Very close to Gare Du Nord and metro to get around

The room was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also within walking distance the Gare du Nord station, making traveling to all the attractions around Paris easy. I did not know, when I booked the room, that the room did not have a mini fridge. but the staff was very helpful and stored my items in the fridge downstairs. In the end this was not an issue at all.

Convenient to Paris Nord Run down and in poor repair confusing name lead us to 3 different properties before we found our reserved room

Location to Gare du Nord excellent. Hotel has a garden which was cool even in sweltering heat.. A/C non existent in the room. V.hot with high temperatures.

Good location and good staff. The hair dryer in my room didn’t work but it was possible to borrow one from the reception although I had to return it right after I used it.

The location and the staff was very friendly The hotel needs an ‘ update ‘ New carpets on the floor Decent bathrooms ! Overall the room and bathroom where very small - but for this money you can’t expect the best ( in Paris )

Basic facilities at a good location, but not worth the price as the room was pretty expensive! Bed was comfortable and staff was nice! Towels provided looked dirty. Not even a proper glass was provided, only 2 paper glasses were provided. No kettle for coffee! There was also no cupboard, just like a make-shift shelf!

It is Basic facilities but comfortable, breakfast is good, staff are amazing. We used it for our overnight trip to Paris. Perfect place for exploring with a short walk from station and next to Metro stations for getting about. Based on my own travels, longer than two nights would look for something larger as the rooms are small with two beds in
