Clean close to the airport and everything else was close to it There was nothing to dislike anything about this property. Everything is convenient and close to everywhere train station airport walking distance within 10 minutes.

Location The guy at reception was so rude. The place is absolutely wrecked, dirty and feels haunted. The bed had hair in it. No reception 24/7. I wouldn’t recommend. Now I know why it has awful reviews

The location is very good. Nice area and close to the train. Has restaurants and cafes around. Had a compact single room with it's own bathroom white was clean. I got the one with a window view of the tip of the Eiffel Tower. The staff was friendly and gave me the option of no view but lower floor or with view upper floor since she saw me struggling on the stairs with my 30kg luggage. Even offered to help. Stairs which are Europe standards in cheaper properties. The tried to mke the aircon work, when i came down to reception and asked about it they just casually said it's not working an won't be fixed.

Room so small ,so hot , no lift for special needed ppl or big luggages , staff face ? ? check out at 11:00 and when u wanna keep the luggage with them for an hour they r charging u !! It was really bad experience

Noting I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. First, they tried to charge us a city tax that we had already paid through Booking.com. I showed them the confirmation and receipt clearly stating that the tax was included in our reservation, but they refused to accept it and insisted we pay again. Second, they did not allow us to use the air conditioning, even though it was hot and uncomfortable in the room. When we asked about it, they just gave vague excuses and did nothing. Third, there were no clean towels, and the room was never cleaned during our stay. We didn’t receive any kind of service—not even the basics you’d expect from a budget hotel. This place was completely unprofessional and dishonest. I’ve stayed in many places before, and this was by far one of the worst. Don’t waste your money here.

There was no lift and you must carry your heavy luggage to top floor by yourself and nobody there for help too.

One block away from the Metro. The street itself was a community-vibe. There were stores featuring, wine, fruits, charcuterie, rotisserie chicken, chocolate, fish monger , cheese and a bakery. There were no amenities. The sheets and towels were thread bare. No mirror, no drawers, the showers are a disaster. No matter how I stood or hunched or clutched the shower curtain the floor flooded. No hooks.for towels, no mirror...just a bed and a bath
