The staff truly made the place! Tamanna, Tony and Morgan were godsends! Location is superb! There was an issue with the air conditioning that was beyond the staff’s control. They did everything in their power to accommodate me, change my room, and when no rooms were available they found a nearby hotel to send me to and offered to pay for it. This is exceptional service. Fortunately it wasn’t needed.

I love that it is walking distance from all the sight seeing. Only a 5-6 min walk away from the metro. Nice restaurants nearby and markets. Perfect location and very nice cozy rooms.

Location is perfect, staff is wonderful, rooms are clean and well decorated. Room are tiny but they upgraded me to business room and it really made a difference!

Very friendly staff and great location for the hotel. We booked a triple room so it was good. Small rooms but it was ok for the night we stayed.

Location, friendly staff Room temperature appeared to be centrally controlled -- a little frustrating. And bathroom was always a bit chilly.

Love the location…easy to find and get around to all the hot spots. Great start to our vacation that we planned months in advance, definitely pleased with this boutique hotel, the view & the area!

Location. Charm. Unique. Beautiful area. Easy walk to Champs-Élysées. May places to eat and shop. Loved this area. For the rooms facing the cafes - Cafe noisy early morning and evening-being the cafe was beside the hotel. Cafe tables were set up early mornings - which is the biz - trucks delivering products. The interior of room was tired.

The setup with the shower inside the room is really uncomfortable, separate toilet is tiny, I'm 168 cm tall but it was hard for me to fit in this box. The room itself is very small. Based on the building plan we had the smallest possible room which was 10-11 sqm including the shower and toilet. I do not recommend booking this type of room.

The things we like about the place were the staff, location and hospitality of the locals. Being senior citizens, so appreciative of Ikrane at Elsa, thank you so much! Well, maybe, ramp for handicapped people!? Also, there was no ventilation in the bathroom, well it was, however it was not working, need to be fixed!

Everything was with in walking distance a d to catch a taxi was only a few mins away from the location. There isn’t anything that I didn’t like.

location was great and room was generally comfortable. Room was quiet, bed comfortable. We did not use breakfast service given that the cost was higher than other food service in the area. Room was small, but that is generally Paris.
