I had a very unfortunate experience. There was a water leak in my room that was coming from the air conditioning unit. The leak landed directly on the desk in the room, where I had placed my computer. My computer got completely wet and died. I was in Paris for a work conference, and I had no computer to work with. It made my trip extremely stressful. The worker at the front desk switched me to another room, and the manager was kind and apologetic. Without going into details, I'll say that he acted in good faith to resolve the issue. But the whole ordeal took hours out of my time in Paris and was very, very stressful.

Great location- Quartier Latin is close by, we walked to Notre Dame and basically used our feet as the main transportation ?but anyway- the hotel is located in a very nice neighbourhood with grocery shops, cafes, very close to a few metro stations and bus stops
-
In principle ok, but the room smelled like some combination of sweaty feet and urine, a problem that was not solved by opening the window.

Was a great stay. All that you need is there.

Comfortable and nice area

Friendly staff with a good welcoming policy. Comfortable beds with A/C in the rooms. Spotlessly clean. Highly recommended for a short stay in Paris. Entrance to the lift was uo some steps but staff helpful with baggage.

I stayed here 2 times. Once in a 3 people room and once in a 2 people room. Everything was clean, the rooms are comfortable, plenty of space. Bathrooms are clean and have great showers. The staff is also very polite. The location is very close to the subway, tramvay, and bus stations as well as at a good neighborhood in paris. Very easy to travel and prices are good.

Amazing location if you want to be in the city but away from the tourists. It feels local and quiet and extremely safe. Easy to get to the metro and buses from the hotel and also lots to do around the hotel. The staff all spoke great English and were super kind and welcoming. My wife and I loved staying here!

Breakfast was superb, with omelettes or scrambled eggs if desired. The staff members were all friendly and professional. We enjoyed our stay.

The beds were not comfortable, you could fill the springs pocking your bed. The walls were so thin that you could hear neighbors like they were in your room with you.

The staff was very friendly and helpful finding restaurants nearby. They allowed us to leave our bags before check-in which allowed us to enjoy our first day in Paris. The location was nearby several different metro stations to catch different lines. The room was very small. I understand most of the rooms in Paris are small, but I couldn't even open my suitcase. There is a weird rule, where they make you give them the keycard each time you leave the property, but they were always there to collect and give it back.

Great location in a lovely neighborhood. Nearby were great restaurants and conveniences. Several metro and bus stations very close so it was easy to get around the city. Staff were helpful and friendly. WiFi did not work for me on the 5th floor during the entire stay, which was only a minor inconvenience.

The staff was very nice and helpful! Location was great and the room in general was fine. Please either replace or get rid of the carpeting. It is dirty.

Everything was perfect! From receptionists to room and service. I had very comfortable stay.

Nice location, near restaurants and markets, good breakfast but expensive at $16 euro per person, beds are not firm enough for our standards Small rooms, very tight everywhere, whole family got bitten by some type of bugs on the hand and forearms, very itching, need hookers in bathroom to hang bath towels

Room with 2 twins was spacious by Paris standards and having an elevator was a big plus. Location was good best public transport and small restaurants. Didn’t take the breakfast option. Bought bananas and yogurt at nearby supermarket and kept them in the little fridge instead. Friendly front desk staff. Note that the bathroom in this unit was large and contained a tub that was narrow and deep and might be a challenge for some to get in and out of.

Great location. Great staff. Only one elevator and a little dated. And most improtant to me is cleanliness and comfort and they delivered on that.

The property very nice and clean The staff is very bad and I was booking online and it’s take four times amount from my account and the amount is not returned
