The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well equipped with useful amenities, although slippers were not provided. The breakfast was satisfactory, with a decent selection of food. One thing to keep in mind is that the surrounding neighborhood did not feel very safe, especially for women traveling alone, particularly at night. Overall, the hotel offers good value thanks to its helpful staff, convenient location, and comfortable rooms, but the area around the hotel may not suit everyone.

Wash clothes were not initially placed on the bathroom but one the office staff was made aware it was provided immediately.

Not great. They charged us for an upgrade but all it was was a room with a skylight. I dont consider looking at the sky as an upgrade to pay for. They didn't have a duvet on the bed and couldn't find one to give us so they gave us a sheet to cover ourselves at night.

Teo or is it Theo wa exceptionally helpful when we arrived after 24 hours of flying from New Zealand

Ac did not work first day. The fixed it after.

Majority of the reception personnel were great, except there were a few personnel that could not communicate in English. I didn't like that some staff did not understand certain questions in English. I also did not like that the room next to me kept opening and closing the door several times early in the morning. I TV guide did not offer some programs in english.

The concierge was extremely accommodating and very helpful and he also spoke English very well which made it even easier to check in. Thank you it was a lovely stay Seeing the starving people as soon as you walk out of the hotel down the street and they’re not asking you for money they’re asking you for food. It was very humbling.
-
The staff were extremely helpful and they also have a washer and dryer available for use. Everything was great

It was in a good location to get the metro to where was needed I didn’t like the fact that as a member of Hilton that they didn’t allow me to extend my check-out or check-in earlier even though they had rooms available and had to pay. The room was not clean A/C did not work well. The room also had a bit of a lingering smell.
-
Reception staff was outstanding. We dealt with four people in our two-day stay and they were all excellent. One of them really went the extra mile for us. The room lighting was very poor. Even with all the lights on, the room was dim which made it difficult to work effectively.

Everything is perfect. Staff is amazing Nothing!
-
The staff and the room The A/C would not get the room as cool as I would like.
-
The room its beautiful, big and clean The staff amazing metro station it’s near Nothing
-
Conveniently located. Staff is always nice and helpful. Food at Babette hotel restaurant is decent and rooms are spacious for a Paris hotel. Room could do with a brighter lamp and bathroom with a magnifying mirror.
-
If you’re coming to paris for the first time You will want to leave bcus of the location However the hotel is nice but I don’t know why Hilton garden inn will have a hotel in that area… The location It was horrible
-
New hotel, 2 years old. Big room. Very nice staff thats helps on any issue. Good breakfast. Near metro station.
-
Perfect hotel, spotless, the breakfast was great! We were surprised by the restaurant's early closing hour. Didn't have the information handy.

The breakfast restaurant has an open kitchen, but staff don’t wear headcovers or gloves. Many dishes and cups were visibly unclean, so I only attended breakfast on the first day despite booking it for the whole stay. The surrounding neighborhood also feels unsafe after dark.
