Location cannot be better. Walking distance to main attractions, good cafes and restaurants, and stores. Comfortable beds and helpful staff. The place offers budget friendly place to rest. It is not a new hotel, but the room was cleaned well. It could be noisy at night (drawback of central locations). No AC, but good luck finding budget hotels in France with AC. The products used to clean the bathroom have a residual smell; maybe good idea to replace them.

As many buildings in Paris, it hasn't had A/C, sometimes the room was so hot, that I couldn't sleep, even when they provided me with a fan, it wasn't enough.

No AC

Decent hotel for value. Everything was booked no ac but good fan.

The hotel has a fantastic location, the staff are very welcoming, and the breakfast was quite substantial. We were very satisfied. There's nothing I don't like

I think I had their "budget room". Honestly, it was too expensive for how badly the bathroom smelled like mildew.

The excellent location No

Close to notre dame close to the activities we wanted to do. Well there was no air conditioning we were there in the worst heat wave in over 80 years. But when booking I knew there was no air conditioning just didn’t expect that temperature late May

The room does not have AC and was to much hot on the end of may. The kids bed creaked. the space of the room is not conveniently divided. not enough hooks in the bathroom

My boyfriend and I have stayed at Home Latin for every stay in Paris. The location is just perfect. Next to the hotel is a restaurant called Sumo, I cannot recommend enough! If you're a fan of literature, I recommend Shakespeare & Co 10 minutes away. Eric Kayser is the best place to go for a bite. Intermarche grocery store just down the street is great for stocking up on any necessities. If you get first floor, you're probably going to experience an issue with ants coming in through the window because of the plants. If you're staying for more than a night and are on the first floor, keep all of your things on elevated surfaces. I recommend asking for a room upstairs, if available. The stairway smells like cat pee but there is an elevator so it is avoidable. This hotel is very clean, just old lol.
