The staff, the bed, the breakfast and free coffee and refreshments 24/7. Good location for Paris Expo Porte de Versailles (reason for my stay for a conference). Old toilets with bad smell of humidity. Probably too expensive, given it is overall old.

Disclaimer: there is a little bit of noise from the subway, but i had earplugs and i was good :))

The room was waay to small compared to description and photos. We asked for change as we were staying for 5 days, but they did not accommodate.

Clean and comfortable room, nice location close to Metro, supermarket, restaurant and park. Wonderful and excellent staffs as well as very good breakfast

The staffs were very nice and absolutely helpful. The location of the hotel is very close to Metro, Supermarket and plenty of restaurants. The cleanliness of the room and the breakfast were commendable.

Excellent location, friendly staff Please enquire where the rooms are going to be allocated. If it’s at the rear then please ensure you are not allergic to pollens. There is a lots of plants and too much pollen smell made me unwell. This is applicable when you are more than 2 people. That was disappointing and also note there is an early check in charge even though the rooms were available. For the first time in my many years of traveling I paid for this. One more thing there is no lifts for the rear rooms you have to carry your luggage. White’s uncomfortable as well.

It was cold in the room, ac didn’t work for heating and I slept in my coat. Room needed to be renovated there are lots of scratches etc. And the door is too thin, I heard every voice and soud at the corridor outside

The hotel itself was clean, the location was excellent, and it was very close to the metro station. There were also many restaurants and cafés nearby, which made everything very convenient. Most of the other staff members were also very friendly and helpful. But our experience started badly. We had booked a double-bed room with my partner, but we were first given a room that was already occupied. After that, we were moved to another room with separate beds. One staff member told us he would later change it to a double-bed room, but that never happened. In addition, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear noise from other rooms, which was sometimes disturbing.

Although in first glance the hotel's location is a bit far from the city center, the place is close to the metro and bus stops convenient to get to the main sight seeings in the downtown. Check out the lines M12, C, 1 bus 39, 62. All the staff guys are very polite and helpful! We'd like to thank them very much! The only disadvantage of the location- its too noisy from the subway line. A recommendation to the information given prior reservation: Its good to give clear information for the breakfast option initially. If some customer prefer to add breakfast on the reservation, would be good to be clear visible and easy to order in advance.

It's a nice hotel, relatively close to the city centre. One of the great things is the metro station nearby, which helps to explore Paris and the surrounding cities. The breakfast was okay, maybe a bit repetitive due to the low selection. The sound insulation isn't great, you can hear the doors squeaking and your neighbours coming in and out. The furniture is a bit old and shabby, but nothing too critical. Overall, a good experience for 5-6 nights with minor complaints.

It was too small. The shower is clogged. The lamp was flickering during the night. You clearly hear the noise from other rooms.

Location is good. Staffs are very nice. But the room is a bit old.

The staff There was very bad odor in the room coming from toilet

We had enough towels. The host gave me a chocolate bar. There is a water bottle fill station with bot still and sparkling. A tea kettle as well. The heat was not working properly. We had a really cold sleepless night. The walls are extremely thin. Our neighbors were so noisy, all night.

The shower was not working properly. My sister and I spent much effort to slightly fix it and then I showred the issue to the receptionist by turning it off and she was unhappy with me as it was working (60%, after our effort) and I ruined it. She offered a new room but it was too much hassle to change as it was on my birthday. The bedsheets were clean but with spots, the towels same - yellow spots. The location is not convenient to visit the city center - the metro is around the corner but had construction issues, so was closed after 10pm on Sundays. I did not want much - clean room, bedsheets, towels and a working shower. For a 110+ EUR per night it is not too much to ask for I believe.

Attention from the staff, I forgot my charger at hotel when I check out I called them and they told me they have it so I returned to take my charger, it was kinda broken because the staff they left my charger inside a paper which attached with stapler they also joined with the USB of the charger. I didn't complain anything but they could give more attention.

Great location close to metro in safe walkable neighborhood with several restaurant s nearby. Place store luggage prior to check in . Staff was very friendly and helpful with any problems. First night TV didn’t work and maintenance was able to come and fix. 2night we asked about the ventilation in the room being too hot. They decided it was broken and asked if we wanted another room to but instead they brought us a fan and we were able to sleep with windows open for cooler air to come in.
