Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and tidy There was no air conditioning. It was very hot and humid weather and hotel could be able to have the options of air conditioning. Even though the fans were there but it was not enough coz the weather was very humid.

Close to the main train station Metro close so you can go anywhere Ac would have bene nice, as in summer it gets quite hot. But we had a ventilator, which worked fine! Elevator is so small, luckily we didn't really need it

location is close to gare du nord station so even though the area is unsafe but the actual hotel staff were really warm and catered to all our needs. Hotel had clean toilets and locked doors at night making it safe for female travellers. The lift was a bit inconsistent so had to wait a while sometimes for the lift (up to fifteen minutes once and it still didnt come), the area especially near gare du l'est station feels really unsafe for women.

Location I have booked room for 4 person once arrived only there were one small king bed and other tow small bed .

Location was fine for being outside of main tourist area. Looked a little dicey but we had no problems. Market close by and a couple of restaurants. Area was on the fringe. For the price it was fine.

The room was lovely and accommodated a family of 4 with ease The immediate vicinity of the hotel wasn't the nicest area but the hotel itself was lovely and within a couple of minutes walk we were in a much nicer area. Great location for accessing montmatre.
