Very good

Good value in August and walking distance from Gare Montparnasse. The staff was very nice. The breakfast is very good and varied. The room on the "courtyard" was quiet as expected, but the "courtyard" is just a space between the rooms on the back. The room was tiny for 2 people and there was no good armchair in the room.

Great location in front of Gare Montparnasse. Small room but has every thing. Comfort bed. Clean bathroom with enough towels. Air-conditioned room with mini-bar, safe box, & cafe corner. Basic breakfast but very delicious. Surrounding area is safe with many shops, cafes, & restaurants. Staff are really amazing & helpful. Good wifi. Nothing

This is a true story, so please read carefully before booking this hotel. This was my first time visiting Paris, and unfortunately, this hotel left us with some very bad memories. From the very beginning, our experience was disappointing. Our first impression was awful. When the taxi dropped us off in front of the hotel, we immediately noticed how old and poorly maintained the building looked from the outside. The exterior, windows, and overall appearance were nothing like the attractive photos we had seen online. After a couple of hours, we were given our room key, but there was no bellboy or staff member to help us find the room or assist with our luggage. The receptionist simply told us that there was an elevator we could use to take our luggage to the upper floor. The elevator was unbelievably small—so small that we could only fit one piece of luggage or one person at a time. We had to send our suitcases upstairs one by one while taking the stairs ourselves. When we reached the second floor, things got even worse. There were housekeeping supplies and equipment all over the hallway. The hallway itself was extremely narrow, and we couldn't even pull our suitcases through properly. We had to lift our luggage and carry it over the housekeeping equipment just to reach our room. And then we finally saw the room. It was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. The room was extremely tiny—less than 6 m², in my estimation. Everything was miniature, including the furniture and the refrigerator. The refrigerator was so small that we couldn't even fit more than three small bottles of water inside at the same time. The furniture was old and poorly maintained, and the mattress was in terrible condition. It was clearly worn out and uncomfortable. I woke up with back pain every morning during our stay. The breakfast was another disappointment.

comfortable rooms, air conditionned, location handy for Montparnasse station. all good

Excellent location to explore Montparnasse and Paris. Nice clean rooms with nice beds, good wifi and coffee and tea making facilities Hotel corridors are very narrow and lift very small so not too easy to maneuver your luggage, but it wasn't a big issue. Just FYI for future travelers
