The staff were kind, efficient and courteous. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well and above all the hotel's location was great. It was situated on a quiet street. There were wonderful restaurants nearby. The room was small with a single bed. I would have like it just a little bigger, but it was quite sufficient for me.

Staff was very helpful The room was not enough for us. There was a bed in the middle and very little space between walls on each 3 sides of bed. Check the size of room before booking.

Location Rooms are not as described. Our room was extremely small The pictures on your sight are deceiving. When I questioned my reservation in writing I was confronted by staff and accused of writing a bad review. I hadn’t reviewed the hotel I messaged them. Either way the audacity to confront me. A review is exactly that whether good or bad you take what you can from it and improve if possible.

Staff went over and above to make our stay exceptional, including putting out a bottle of champagne for my fathers birthday.

Location was great. Location was ideal. Water pressure was great You have to leave your key at the front desk when you leave, and if it is at night, Hope the night shfit person is on the desk or else you’re waiting to get in. I left the do no clean / disturb notification on my door and when i came back during the day, the room attendant was cleaning my room ( i was there for 2 nights ) and she gave me terrible attitude when i said she didn’t need to clean or tidy my space as i was leaving the next morning.

The room was beautiful. The staff was most helpful and with great customer service. The room was a lot smaller than it appeared in photos. That it was small and although due to flight scheduling, we had to leave a day early and the hotel said they would not refund me for the day.

Small room although considering it's an old bldg we were not surprised. Bathroom sink a bit slow to drain, but am sure the good management can fix right away.
