Had to pay for breakfast. Room was exceptionally small. No elevator for part of the 5th floor. Stairs required. Didn't give clear instructions about how to get in and out of the parking garage.

Excellent location, staff very friendly and helpful, hotel clean and comfortable

Daoud was especially helpful in suggesting restaurants, giving tips for the Metro, and helping us with our bags. Breakfast was very good - there was a wide variety of offerings. A grocery store and bakery were close by. Rooms were small but comfortable, and we didn't spend much time there anyway. No chairs, just padded stools.

It is conveniently close to the train station and the staff are friendly and helpful. They were kind enough to give us ice for my knees but they don't have any ice machine. It is next to a restaurant, grocery store, close by is a pharmacy, bakery and several restaurants. When you get out and walk just a little, there's a street called Rue Brancion and make a left. You will see Monfort Theatre to your left and to the right are several restaurants. We thought the price of the breakfast for 16€ per person was a bit overpriced. The rooms are very small, can't even open a suitcase on the floor, can't put our toiletries in the bathroom, also no drawers provided. They only give you one towel each, no face cloth or hand towels provided. Also even if you take the elevator to get to your floor, you still have to climb about 6 steps to actually get on to your floor. So if you have a very heavy suitcase, you'll need to be able to drag it up 6 more steps. Walls are very thin, you can hear people using the toilet and normal conversation through the wall.

Very nice room and bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was on the edge of the city, but still accessible by public transport.

Location and parking access nearby . Bathroom great and room except size . Bedroom very very small so was difficult to place large suitcase or go around bed .

Staff were very friendly, beds were comfortable and room size was good. The whole hotel has a strange smell and the area is not very nice. Walking from the metro station to the hotel felt a little bit unsafe. I guess it is not dangerous but it did not feel nice.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing and helpful!

Loved the heated bathroom floors! Shower was perfect. Place was clean. Elevator was interesting, our room was on the 4th floor and Elevator only went to halfway up 3rd floor or halfway to 4thfloor...needed to carry luggage up half a flight.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We visited in winter, and really appreciated the central heating. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning and they managed to arrange our rooms for us immediately. The hotel was also ideally located right opposite a tram line which was really convenient. We also loved having a Francprix and middle-eastern take away next door, for late evening binges. The room was a little small, but I think those are the standard sizes of the rooms generally all over Paris. It would probably be advisable to carry less luggage or smaller suitcases.
