AC in the Paris heatwave Cramped and could be cleaner in the reception area
-
The location was really close to the metro station made it easy to get around, the room ac was amazing and the room was pretty good size! The WiFi was awful and cell service didn’t really work either so it was a dead zone

Staff, amenities

Room was cleaned daily. Subway was immediately at the door of the hotel. The bed was more than enough for one person. Staff at the front desk was pretty kind. You could hear everything (everything) happening in the other rooms without even trying. Even people whispering. Wifi stopped working several times and the signal was very weak.
-
Friendly and helpful staff, small but cute and compact little room that has everything one needs.
-
Staff was not friendly at all. Wifi range was not coming to our room so told regarding that the staff and he is like no we dont know. Total ignorance of service.
-
The AC was weak and hard to use, took many hours to cool the room. Bathroom was a bit small. Over all no huge complaints. We enjoyed our stay.

Upon checking in, I discovered that the photos provided were from 2012. The property was noticeably run down, and there was no housekeeping service offered. We had to request all basic necessities, including clean towels and toilet paper.

all was good

Location only They withhold the first night from my card even the condition of payment says that « No prepayment is needed »! The room is too small than it looks in pictures; A lot of noise coming from the street even at 5th floor; The wifi is not reachable in the 5th floor; The staff with grumpy face like he is doing you a favor especially the day agent..

Outside traffic and outside cleaniness not very good. Cleaning personal and office were very nice

For me as a non-smoker, the smell upon entering was awful. I struggled to sleep because of the nonstop noise from people on the streets and even the movements of people upstairs and within our own floor. Additionally, the toilet (WC) was dirty, the linens were not tidy or neat when we arrived, and finally, the TV remote control was broken. The entirety of our stay was very annoying and uncomfortable. Thanks anyway.

Everything was excellent. Starting from the staff that was very polite and caring, to the room which was big, very clean and super affordable. The metro is just 5m from the hotel. I recommend! i liked everything

Nothing We arrived at 1 PM and the room was still being cleaned, which was fine — but the receptionist’s attitude was absolutely not. The staff at the front desk were unhelpful, rude, and made us feel uncomfortable, especially as women. It seemed like the receptionist was more focused on chatting with friends than doing their job. The night receptionist, however, was friendly — a complete contrast to the daytime experience. What made things even worse was being asked to pay an extra 10 euros just to leave our two bags for a couple of hours. Completely unexpected, unprofessional
