Hôtel De Lorraine

Washroom not good drain issues. Power issues only one Lamp is working. Friedge not working all the power points not functional. The price is very high. hotel isnt upto mark the pricing model.

There was no air conditioning and the only way to get air was to open the windows for a breeze, which had no screen and just curtains. Tight room and a lot of stairs unless you can fit in the very tiny old elevator. Just an old, Parisian style hotel.

The location was convenient. If I could rate it zero I would. It was far too hot and no fans. There were bed bugs eating me. I managed to kill two of them. My legs are a mess. I had barely any sleep and had booked for 4 nights and left after one. They did not give me a refund. I moved to a far better hotel. I wish I’d read the reviews properly before booking and wasting my money.

The only advantage of this hotel is that it is attached to the wall of the metro train inland and the metro train out of the city. And the access to all parts of the city was excellent. Superrrr dirty ?it was really dirty No air conditioner .it as really hot It had a hair dryer and a clothes iron. It didn't work because it was old.

Nothing , fake description, do not book there This is SCAM!!!! Do not book your stay there ❌❌❌❌, really dirty not as described in the picture really small 2 peoples an not feat in the room

It was a great value for the price. If you are visiting Paris to walk and explore, this is a wonderful location. Very hip and young crowd. The staff is great. It can get loud on weekend nights on the street outside of the hotel. Bring earplugs!

Close to Gare de l’est Room was very small, not practical at all , there’s no table , Design is outdated , bathroom with dirty walls , no shower gel provided , water’s not hot …

Price and Location Room not warm

Nothing was there to like No aminities, blanket bed sheet dirty, damaged fan, no sleepers, no shampoo. No tissue

The value was good for a last minute booking . Needs updating. The walls and paint were chipping off.

The hallways are too smelly, and having cigarette smoke scents, besides the staff ain't friendly.

It was close to the metro station It smells cigarette. There is bugs in the bed

Location is near metro station. It’s above a KFC. This hotel is old and in need of so much repair. Bathroom door doesn’t close or have a lock. No AC. No fan. One outlet to charge. The outlet is by exist so you have to unplug to open door. Walls are falling apart Very small and narrow. Other rooms open a door and it feels like there opening your door that’s how thin the walls are. No toiletries. The price is excessive for the condition of this place Shameless.

Reasonable location near Gare de L’Est. Nice view from windows of the station Plenty of restaurants in the area. Nothing much else about it One of the staff members was a nice man but he was struggling running such a shabby run down place . He did help me with the luggage for which I was grateful. Lots firstly it specified a lift but it is not from ground floor up you still have 2 flights of stairs til you come to the floor with the lift . I was initially given the key to the wrong room . On opening the door I could see the room was already occupied . I was given another room, the next day I needed a hair dryer but there wasn’t one in that room and also no towels in the room so I moved again. 2 male staff members were very lazy indifferent and rude unwilling to give any service . I was glad to leave.
