As a frequent traveler who typically favors the Rue Saint-Honoré district, I chose to stay in the Champs-Élysées area for a change of pace and the experience was truly exceptional The hotel’s management sets a high standard for hospitality from the outset, their proactive outreach regarding my arrival and landing schedule ensured a seamless transition process to the hotel, It is rare to find such meticulous attention to detail before one even sets foot in the lobby The accommodations were a perfect blend of elegance and function. Despite the vibrant energy of the surrounding neighborhood, the rooms provided a remarkably quiet and pristine sanctuary. The staff's demeanor was exemplary, always professional, friendly, genuinely supportive, and consistently attentive to every requirement For those accustomed to the refined atmosphere of the 1st Arrondissement, the hotel offers a compelling alternative with its superior service and tranquil environment and I look forward to my next stay

Location To begin with after check in I had a problem with the tv I called the reception they sent me someone who said he will let the technician to come second day at 9:00 no one came and no one followed up. I woke the second day the bathroom was full of mosquitoes and green flies I took video and went down and showed it to the reception they apologized and promised to fix it as soon as possible. I came back at 4:00pm to find out that the room is still as it is although I left “clean my room” at the door. After waiting for 1 hour they came and clean. I woke the second day and the problem in the bathroom appeared again. I requested a late check out till 3:00pm which is the least they can do to apologize for the bad experience, they said I have to pay half night which is 350eur. I paid 700€/night for a 5 stars luxury experience. I received 1 star service.

Super comfortable beds, clean, beautiful marble bathroom that had a double shower and sinks, delicious breakfast and coffee, great location, good closet space, friendly staff. The decor is classy and elegant, while being inviting and relaxing. I wish we were properly forewarned about the PSG Championship soccer game and that the streets to the hotel were going to be blocked with no taxis or Ubers available. It was a terrifying experience with the post game chaos and heavy police presence. If we knew how bad the city was going to get we would have stayed in that night. We felt the hotel could have looked out for the guests more on this rare occasion by warning us when we checked in. We had no idea how insane the city would turn. Not the hotel’s fault, but we had to beg a policeman to give us access to the street to get back to the hotel. It was a bad situation that we were blindsided by. We were okay, but definitely rattled by the danger.

I arrived in Paris on the 20/3 and we had booked another hotel. We had such a awful experience we decided to look for another hotel. I'm so glad we did and I'm so happy we choose this hotel. From the moment we arrived I felt so welcomed. The staff were amazing so friendly. The hotel is breathtaking. Clean and luxurious with a very good price. The location was great seven minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. The service is what made our stay. It was my birthday and the staff made the room special on my special day. From arriving in Paris and wanting to leave right away to looking at booking again. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough and I'm so thankful to the staff. That we had to leave!!

Overall, everything is good! The rooms facing Av.Pierre 1er de Serbie can hear the noise of the night club opposite. Breakfast is served quite slowly. Only bread, croissants, water and juice are freely available. Coffee and breakfast must be ordered - the wait is long.
