Hotel Derby Eiffel

From check-in to check-out, it was perfect! Staff was relaxed, helpful, happy, made eye contact and smiled. Felt so comfortable. Best location and close to pharmacy, restaurant, market, Eiffel Tower without chaotic crowds. The light switches in the rooms are not linked correctly to the intended light to be lit. Was it just me?

The location was nice, with convenient access to the metro station. The bed linens were nice. We asked the front desk staff to call a taxi, and this driver tried to charge my husband way above the standard rate for left bank of Paris, which made the ride to the airport stressful. The rooms don't have much noise proofing-- you can hear noises from the stairwell, the next door rooms, and the rooms above. The space is very small, with barely enough room to get into the shower or walk around the bed.

We had a phenomenal view of the Eiffel Tower from our room. The hotel was an easy walk to the Metro and there were plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast each morning was terrific!! The room was very small, but the view of the Eiffel Tower made up for that.

Breakfast was great. A/C in the room was wonderful during heat wave. Staff went above & beyond to return my daughter's clothing that was left behind. Room was small, but the value was still good.

The staff was amazing! Breakfast was lovely and delicious. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. I left a pair of pants there and when I came back to pick them up they had laundered them! Very thoughtful. Elevator was broken. However the staff helped with our luggage.

Staff were very nice. Nice sitting area in lobby. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. The lift (elevator) was broken and you had to climb several flights of stairs to get up to room. They did have someone bringing up suitcases to the rooms. I purposely booked for the lift.

#1 was well equipped with air conditioning. Clean, updated and great breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful and location was perfect. Would stay again. Highly recommend.

Location was perfect Water came out of the shower and the bathroom was very tiny. Which is expected in Italy but this was the tinniest.

Great location in a safe and pleasant neighborhood. We loved being able to see the Eiffel Tower when stepping out onto the street. Public transportation was very convenient, with a bus stop almost right in front of the hotel and the metro station very close by. Monprix and several nice shops and pharmacie were also nearby, about a 10-minute walk away. The room was a bit small, but it was perfectly fine for two people with only a few suitcases. Everything was clean, including the bathroom, and the view was lovely. We were very comfortable during our stay. Everyone at the reception was very friendly and helpful. They assisted us with everything we needed and were especially helpful when arranging a taxi. Their kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to Paris.

Incredible breakfast, clean, quiet, lovely

The king size bed was exceptionally comfortable. The elevator was extremely small, maybe eight square feet. Also, the hallway was cramped and there was an extra door in the hallway that made moving luggage very difficult.

Convenient False mention of a/c in room. If they dont operate in the month of May they shud state that so we can choose whether to stay or not. We opened our windows as recommended and Mosquitos DID NOT let us sleep for three nights. Says we have elevators but does not say it carries only two people with one bag at a time
