The sink was very large One of the staff members was very rude and upset me considerably. This has completely ruined my holiday and I will not be revisiting this hotel ever again.

The bedsheets are dirty, theirs a stain and lots of hair in the bed.

Location Grumpy staff, extremely and unbearably hot, horrible shower and bed situation. Way overpriced. Spent +$175 a night for a 3 world hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised overall as I was expecting much worse when I booked last minute to be close to Gare du Nord for an early train. The view from my room to the street was great. There is no air conditioning. There were lots of towels provided in the bathroom but no soap, shampoo or lotion.

The location is excellent. You experience the real Paris away from tourists but you are also close enough to a major attraction - Sac de Coeur, and major train stations. Only the location The first night I stayed on room number 29 top floor 6th and the old carpet full of dead flies and bees. I got bed bugs in that room. He changed me to 4th floor on the second night a super pricey room and again same dirty room, hairs in the bedsheets, the pillow covers with bed smell. It's a place to AVOID because now I got bed bugs there and need urgently to get rid of them. I have my back on the left and my should all with marks of bites
