Staffs are very helpful and polite. The location is great, just 6-7 minutes walking from RER B. There’s no air conditioner. Maybe too hot especially in summer. Anyway, they provide fans for you to borrow without additional costs.

Great location. Great staff. Good sized room. Quiet. Clean. No AC, but a fan was provided. Would recommend putting a couple of wall hooks in the bathroom for towels and maybe a small shelf in the shower

Quiet Location Arrived after 9pm and found the front door locked. Had to call and got an answer phone message. Staff (inside the hotel) came to open right after. Not the friendly welcome you hope for. Bathroom had no ventilation.

The hotel was very charming, clean and comfortable. The manager was very kind and helpful. Rooms are a little bit small.

This is a very clean, quiet, affordable hotel in Paris. For 11 euro, they had a lovely continental breakfast. Easy walk to the Metro and several close restaurants and grocery store. This location is somewhat far from the center of Paris. Transportation was 25 - 30 minutes to any of the major sites.

Everyone spoke acceptable English and was very helpful. They didn’t clean the floor for several days. Water leaking from the tub/shower on the floor when taking a shower.

Location was good. Rooms were tiny, not big enough for 4 people (which is what we booked). Hard to open suitcases, very little space. Hard to walk past each other because room so small.

Beautiful room . Nice to have some cooking appliances available . It was quiet. It wasn’t very close to much. The park was nice.

Great location close to RER B line for easy airport access with baggage and T3a tram and M4 for sightseeing. Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Very quiet. Room is small, but was adequate just for sleeping and being out sightseeing in the day.

The staff was cordial and accommodating. They tried to help and make us feel more comfortable. The location is excellent, and the building itself is pretty. The hotel doesn't have A/C and we were in a room facing east, so the sun would make the room really hot, even at night. The elevator sometimes wouldn't work. We were on the 6th floor. The housekeeper only goes to the room at a certain time, so if you are still in the room, they won't clean it.
