The Hotel is located in a great place, near a subway station and a lot of restaurants and cafes. It's easy to get by around it and it's on a 20 minutes walk from the major attractions in the city. The hotel is nothing like on the photos. Beginning with an awkwardly small staircase, we were suited on the third floor in a room which had a bed for two, a desk and a wardrobe for two jackets. It was an inner room so the window looked into the the patio of the building. The bathroom was the smallest I ever seen, I'm 1,70m and I couldn't sit properly on the toilet due to hitting myself in the sink. The other thing was the temperature. The room doesn't have AC but a radiator. When we arrived in Paris, it was around 0 degrees Celsius and it was cold in the room even when the radiator was turned on. When we asked if we can turn up the radiator to warm up, the person on reception said "No heat", so the room was a bit cold through our whole stay.

Cheap and very well positioned Super mall room, super small bed. The walls are too thin and can hear all the neighbors walking around, talking on the phone and their alarms in the morning. One dodgy thing is that you have to hand them the keys to your room everytime you leave the building.

Close proximity to the train station Very noisy. There’s a bar & loud music outside on both sides of the hotel. My room is facing the street so I heard people talking & music until late at night!

Nothing other than location close to the station No amenities, no assistance with luggage, noise from nearby rooms made it difficult to sleep. Dark shower.

The location is close to montparnasse station iand other attraction such as metro, mall, Cafe and eating area. The Hotel is small with efisien room. The staff was nice and polite.

Everything you need for a short stay. Kind staff and we loved the neighborhood. Metro station is next to the hotel, with a line directly to the Eiffel tower. . The room was small and the hotel quite old but generally what we expected depending on the prices of Paris.

The place was very clean. Location was excellent in the heart of Montparnasse and only 2 mins from the Edgar Quinet Metro station. There were no instructions for the safety deposit box and I couldn't work it.

Location is great and staff were pleasant. Also very quiet and clean hotel. Stairs are very steep, but in my case it was accessible.

Room is very very quite, and washroom is also very small, you can not enter the washroom.
