Friendly, clean and great location. Enjoyed being able to sit outside in the courtyard. Hard mattress and very hard pillow. Did ask if there was another softer pillow but unfortunately not so went and bought a travel pillow which worked.

Location was perfect. The building is beautiful, and traditional. Family room was great size, and proper beds, not sofa beds. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok, but could be better. And the breakfast room was quite small. You can hear the metro all night, but, I imagine in the centre of Paris, most hotels would be the same, and it’s something you have to endure to stay at this beautiful, welcoming, perfectly located hotel.
