A wonderful discovery and I am super picky with rooms, comfort, location and service! Esteem hotel is definitely a 4 star boutique hotel! Comfortable beds with fluffy pillows, the room and the bathroom are very well designed for practicality. The Parisian chic combined with practicality. The location is great in the 15th, the subway station is close by, near to the Eiffel tower, you can walk around the Seine river, the Grenelle mall is 2 mns away with Galeries Lafayette and other stores, different cuisine can be found from Korean, burgers, Turkish and French brasseries. The room was impeccably clean and the bathroom has Nuxe products! The breakfast is lovely and copious with fresh made cakes, quiches, eggs…. And the staff was so kind and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The location, two private rooms and bathroom for the family room, and friendly staff. The rooms were decent and clean but a bit too small.

The hotel was so nice! We really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and modern. It is super close to the metro, however we just chose to walk everywhere. I like that it’s close to a lot of attractions but also far enough that it feels more peaceful and quiet. All of the staff were really friendly too! Everyone was very nice and seemed more than happy to give us recommendations for our visit. N/A

It’s was small but spacious - well thought out, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, Metro nearby - overall easy access The kitchen is a little tight to maneuver But that’s not a deal breaker

We found this hotel at the last minute due to a change of location upon our arrival to Paris. I was so impressed with Hamza, who took care of our reservation. He was courteous, friendly, helpful - a professional!!!! Per our request, he got us 2 rooms next to one another, and handled our luggages while we wait for our rooms to be ready. I gave exceptional scoring on the fact that customer service makes everything alright, especially as a visitor in a foreign country. The room size is small, but so are many places in France. The perk here is the rooms have air condition. Not easy to find in Paris. The hotel location is lovely as we walked to many places for food, coffee and pastry. There is a convenient store nearby as well. I did not get to experience their breakfast option due to scheduling, so I have no comment on this. I do agree with others' comments that the eating area is small. Again, this is the norm for tight spaces in Paris. Of the two rooms, my room's air condition was not working well. Check to make sure the air condition works. The flushing of the toilets, you must gently push the lever to avoid water splash. The bathtub is quite slippery so be careful.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable, and the location was perfect. Highly recommended!

Clean and modern design Rooms are a bit small, but that is normal in Paris.

The staff were very friendly and the cleanliness of the rooms and communal facilities were great! The design of the bathtub/shower partition makes it impossible to not soak the floor and splash water everywhere during your shower. The room was a little small, had to completely unpack our suit cases because there was no where for them to go.

The location is amazing close to many things within walking distance staff was great when we arrived warm welcome.. please assist when we needed came to Paris for my daughters birthday they decorated the room an even had a little cake for her management team followed up with me after my stay
