Good location and person at front desk was very pleasant. No facilities apart from bedroom. Old and dingy. No AC during a period of 35+C temperatures. More like a two star hotel.
-
No air conditioning.

No AC

The hotel was going through a major renovation without telling me in advance. No breakfast room; no air conditioning when it was super hot in Paris. I was very disappointed. If I knew that renovations take place I would have selected a different hotel.

No AC. Not sure if it was due to the renovations going on in the 1st floor. I was in the second floor and I just opened the windows and slept fine. My friends were in thr 4th and 5th floor and it was super hot for them. They were given a fan. Also, I have to note that it was during the hottest days in Europe (may 25 to 28) so probably in any other spring day it would had been fine. The staff offered free coffee/croissant/othet bakery items. Overall it was fine for me, I would had given higher scores if the AC was working.

The room can be a vit dark but in essence is a very good deal!

The facilities were very new, with a lovely design, and the bed was extremely comfortable. N/A

The room was big Location not in tourist area
-
Most of all was the location. It needs a little update with paint and tender care.
-
bed was very uncomfortable and also towels were very small
-
Hot water kettle in room, nice staff, pastries always available Not as close to attractions as I’d like
-
Was ok, but too small The size of the room
-
Good location Under remodeling during my stay. A bit noisy
-
The air conditioning didn’t work, I felt cold

Friendly staff, good bed, close to subway station In the morning I discovered ants in my room (5th floor) and even in my bed! Room upkeep a disgrace: torn curtain, peeling wallpaper, shower door out of its hinges so impossible to close properly and even dangerous. There is no breakfast even if reviews here say there is - they apparently stopped doing that. You can make yourself a cup of coffee and grab a croissant in the lobby". Gloomy entrance, and the hotel "lobby" is a 2 by 3 space with about half a meter between reception desk and elevator door. No facilities whatsoever - not even a vending machine. My wedge-style room was tiny even for Paris - about 3.5 X 2.5 narrowing down to 2.

Good location close to metro lines. Friendly staff at the front desk. Rooms were recently renovated but still a little rough around the edges. The Wi-Fi was borderline unusable
-

Unusually big room for a hotel of this kind in Paris in a nice building, perfect location and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff and very clean This hotel is a little tired and needs some renovation for the rate they charge
