lit trop mou et chambre très étroite, peu d'espace pour les valises et 3 personnes, mais je comprends que c'est Paris!

Location and very nice staff The room was accessed through stairs, and nothing was mentioned in the booking. We got a deluxe with terrace, and for this one there was an extra stair to access the bed within the suite. So two stairs and no mention.

Wonderful spotlessly clean, freshly decorated too. The breakfasts there were fantastic — anything you desired — salmon, cheeses, eggs, sausages, pastries, etc. Also, the staff couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating. We highly recommend this lively Hotel!! Nothing!

Kindness of the personal and Great location Nothing

Excellent location, in a quiet street, but central area, close to a metro station. Good sized room for Paris standards:) Lift.. Very helpful staff. What else can one ask for?

Great location and friendly staff

Intimate hotel, Art Deco vibe. Paying for location which is near top tier shopping. Very nice of them to upgrade me to a suite. Shower and bathtub were generous. Heard the people above me walking in their room, but it quieted down after a while. Finishes felt a bit old, but perhaps "vintage" was the goal.

The staff was very nice, the location was amazing (central, close to the Opera and to the Louvre; also a lot of restaurants, shops and cafes in the area), the room was very clean and nicely furnished

Everything was perfect. The location was perfect for everything we had planned. We walked everywhere except to the Eiffel Tower, which was only a short taxi drive. The street was quiet at night and we had our window open.The room was beautiful - beds- wonderful! Slept like a baby! The shower was a dream - hot water immediately. The staff was very friendly and spoke English. The breakfast room was open all morning. It looked like a wonderful buffet, but we only wanted the complimentary croissants and coffees. I’d stay at the same place again without hesitation. There was nothing to dislike!

Staff was very kind and helpful. When we arrived early-before 7 am. Noah stowed our luggage and provided us with directions. We arrived back after spending the day sightseeing. Upon arriving back she told us that they had already moved our bags to the room. Each day they provided us with dinner suggestions. Responded promptly to request, e.g., additional towels delivered within 5 minutes. Nothing

Elevator was slow

Room was clean, well organized, with a desk to work and a big bathroom with shower and bathtub. The location is central and there are no noises. Breakfast was very good with eggs, croissants, yoghurt, etc.

The staff were lovely. The location was fantastic, the room was clean and everything met out expectations. We really appreciated the attention to detail that was made to all aspects of the room! The mattress could have been a bit firmer, but I'm just being picky. Everything was basically wonderful.

I ate breakfast at the cafés near the hotel and every single one I ate that was wonderful when I go to new cities I like to experience the food more than anything else so I never eat the breakfast at the hotel although I had seen their buffet and it looked very nice I would’ve liked the view of the Eiffel Tower, but I’m sure it would’ve come with a hefty price tag

Location and staff were exceptional. Very quiet too.
