The hotel room was so amazing. The facilities and amenities were clean and working well and latest. It was near some attractions and I walked to the Arc de triompe. The lady I found at the reception was very friendly and kind. I forgot her name. I loved my one night stay there.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and even before our arrival when we were exchanging messages. Every team member, from the receptionists to the breakfast and housekeeping staff, contributed to a truly pleasant experience. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of delicious options. The location couldn't be better, close enough to walk to all the main attractions in Paris, while still being in a peaceful and safe area. And metro station was approximately 10min walk. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds ensured a great night's sleep. There is nothing we didn't like about our stay.

First time female solo traveller here. Just returned from a fantastic stay at Hotel Haussmann. Every staff member I encountered made me feel so welcome and nothing was a problem for them. They were all approachable and so helpful and kind. I travelled from CDG airport and the hotel gave me spot on information to allow me to tackle the metro rather than pay taxi costs. I was at the hotel in an hour. The rooms were spacious, spotless and the beds were super comfortable. There was a mini fridge in the room I used and I bought drinks from supermarket round the corner for my stay. There was work being done at the hotel but it did not affect my stay. I felt 100% safe at all times. I had breakfast one morning, coffees are amazing out the machine and plenty of choice to eat. They also allowed me to use the machine throughout the day and take coffee up to my room with no charge. The hotel is a really good location. You can walk to most of the main attractions within the hour, furthest was the Eiffel Tower and Monte Marte but I got to these places within the hour walking but Uber is also a good option too! Well done Hotel Haussmann, I loved my stay! I wish there had been a bar area to buy drinks and maybe sit with a little drink at the end of a busy hot day to unwind. But there was a supermarket and I just stocked up in my room. I also would have liked a little area to sit outside, that would have been nice but not essential!

The room was big and spacious. Housekeeping came every day to tidy it up. Very large bathroom as well. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Amazing location with many modes of transportation nearby. The room was not always the coldest. I stayed here when there was a heatwave, and sometimes it was hard for our room to stay really cold. There were nights when I would wake up with sweat all over me, but it was still manageable and totally understandable as to why the room was not very cold.

The property is in a nice location The rooms are really smoll, which is common in Paris, however in this specific hotel I found the bed definitely too small for two people. Also the bathroom was so small that you hit the walls of the shower while showering.
