Hotel Kyriad Paris 10 Canal Saint Martin

Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Tamara. I walk everywhere so it was a good location. It is away from a lot of tourists, but within 30-45 minutes I could be anywhere.

Close to Gard de Nord. Friendly staff. No refrigerator. The shower drain was a bit clogged.

Less spatious room and washroom door not comfortable

Really helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is in a great location and has some great bakeries and bars mins distance away. Rooms are good with v comfy beds. Would highly recommend. On a weekend, if you get a front facing room the street can be a bit noisy but nothing major.

Perfect location. Walkable distance from all the good spots. At night it feels save. The staff is super kind. Rooms are clean.

The heating wasn't working the first night - but that was fixed by a competent employee

If you are looking for a bed and a shower only then it’s the right choice. The lefts were not working I had to carry my heavy luggage on my own to the room. The “toiletries “ were a soap dispenser mounted on the wall full of water. The door doesn’t lock up properly and the walls are thin you can hear everything around your room.

Noisy street. Too expensive.

Hotel facilities were just fair. Elevator was broken, the hallway was always blocked with cleaning supplies, and shower water sporadically stopped being hot for a few days. Bathroom was not as clean as I hoped, especially the shower and wall vent.

Elevator out of order (seems to be usual) and water was barely warm. Rooms can also be noisy.

It was a nice room that was within walking distance of the train station. I got a good deal so I was happy with my stay. The wifi didn't work, and I could only get reception if I held my phone out the window. Also people were so noisy outside. At the early hours of the morning I think the cleaners or someone else came and were very loud for almost an hour, with no regard for how loud they were. So much so I had to put earplugs in.

Location can’t be beat Room was sooooo small. Could barely walk around the bed. Wasn’t well cleaned before we arrived (ball of hair in the floor under the desk). Hallways so small that when maids are working you have to climb over their stuff.

Lovely, welcoming staff. Excellent location close to the canals with lots of cafes, bars & restaurants on your doorstep. Easy walk from Gare Du Nord. Modern, comfortable room. Nothing

The room was nice, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The location is good, a short walk from the train station. At night the street is well lit and there’s a couple bars/cafes nearby so it doesn’t feel too solitary. The shower could use a curtain, and some extra toiletries would go a long way.
