Good location Breakfast was poor for a **** star hotel

Brilliant location, approx 10 min walk from 2 main metro stations and a bus route made getting around Paris so easy! The room was fantastic and had everything needed for a 2 night stay. Having more vegetarian/vegan options for the breakfast would have been better or having things made to order. As a vegetarian I did find i had to go elsewhere for breakfast despite paying extra.

Great location for several of the Parisian tourist sites. The Louvre, D'Orsay, Eiffel Tower all within a 30 minute walk, so no need to use the Metro if you don't want to. The guys on reception were super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast - plenty of choices and the coffee was excellent. The room was quite compact but I find European rooms often are and we were really only in it to sleep so not a real issue.

The property was funky and spotlessly clean. Staff were excellent and so helpful. Room decor was great. Excellent location Nothing. I would stay there again on my next visit to Paris

Staff was great, loved the room

Location, Staff and cleanliness of the room. I had booked a family room with two small children. However, instead, we were given two separate rooms that were not connected at all. The rooms were small in size and had old carpeting, furniture, and other furnishings. It certainly wasn’t a $500-a-night 4-star hotel.

Loved the decor. Our plane from JFK arrived before check-in. The staff members were so nice and let us leave luggage in a secure closet. I was able to order a Mimosa upon arrival which was wanted due to the long travel from the States. Room was clean, comfortable and decor is superb. I reserved 2 rooms, one room for myself and my husband and one room for our daughters (ages 23 and 25). I requested rooms to be near each other and was happy that management had our rooms adjacent to each other when we checked in. There was nothing that I did not like

Stayed here two years in a row. Position is excellent. Quirky hotel. Rooms not big but standard for Paris.

the coffee made by the staff at the breakfast room was lovely. The hotel is right next to the Musee d'Orsay. The size of the room, even though I got an upgrade, was disappointing. We didn't have any body soap the first day we got there and the size and amount of the toiletries was not enough for two people to wash their hair and body on the first day.

Although the room was a bit small, it worked well for my daughter and me. The decor was fun, the AC worked great, and the shower was like a waterfall. We loved it!
