Second year in a row. Great location and rooms are modern, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great Disappointed on the attitude of staff on leaves Ng around not wanting us to store our bikes in store cupboard or in future allowed in room (had message which I missed stating this). It is Paris and Tour de France is on! Bikes are important to us and would like facilities to store them.

Airconditioning, comfortable bed, the garden qas perfect for relaxing at night. No fridge in room, outlet cover for the electricty near the desk was a bit loose (room 209).

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and tidy, having enough space around the bed. You can deposit your goods in the safe located in the wardrobe and the bathroom is quite big for Paris. The breakfast has enough options to please the average tourist (a lot of meats, cheese, bakery and fruits). No vegetables available, however. The check-in is at 14:00. Around 12:30, we called the reception to ask if our room was ready, by chance. The receptionist could not even find our reservation in the system and I had to send him a text through the Booking chat system with my full name and the booking details. He left me on hold on the phone for more than 5 minutes with no response. I hung up and went to the hotel to check if there is any problem with the reservation. Happily, they found our reservation and the rooms was already ready. We have informed the reception that on the last day we will have to leavy early in the morning, before breakfast, to catch our flight and asked if it was possible to have a takeaway breakfast. The front desk manager said ”of course”. The night before departure, we have picked up the ”takeaway breakfast” from the reception. When we checked the bag the following morning, we have been suprised to see that it contained mostly somthing I can call as "kids food" based on apples: two apples, apple puree, apple juice, some jam and some packaged toast (see the picture). Not even a croissant, about which the receptionist said that we are leaving too early and they are not ready. The stay was at the hotel was ok, but this breakfast matter left us really disappointed. A sandwich and a coffee for breakfast would have been just fine.

Accommodation is very good – comfortable and very clean rooms. The location of the hotel is also fine. Calm but close places with restaurants (Av. des Ternes) and tourist attractions as Arc de Triomphe or Champs-Élysées. Breakfast was very good, but scrambled eggs and vegetables were missing.

Clean, comfortable, modern hotel in a pleasant, quiet district. The central garden is a lovely touch. Friendly and helpful staff. Short walk to metro and easy walk to Arc de Triomphe. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but had loads of local boulangeries for delicious croissant and coffee. Plenty of good restaurants within easy walking distance.
