Very convenient, clean and with very nice staff. We had a leaky sink on the second day, but it was too late to get it fixed. The staff were very helpful and gave extra towels to help.

I liked the coziness of the bedroom. Shower was great. Reception were also very kind to take in our luggage hours before our check in. You have a lot of stores nearby: budget ones, restaurants, etc. I would just add that outside the building, the streets in that area of Montmartre may feel a bit unsafe when the evening comes. But it also feels authentic and it's got nothing to do with the hotel.

Location was great beds super comfy. Amazing views. Weird shower cubical is a wall in your bedroom., which the single bed is against. Also no door to bathroom. Kind of difficult with a teenager.

The room was small but comfortable and had everything I needed. The area was great, really close to le Sacre Coeur and 10 minutes by cab from gare du Nord. The window was difficult to open and close but I didn't really need to open it so it wasn't an issue. The stairs might be an issue for someone tired after a long day or mobility issues. I didn't notice if there was a lift, there might be.

We loved the room, it was clean, the tea/water/cleaning products were very convenient. The aircon was a godsent as it was during a heatwave. Staff was accommodating and friendly. The location is great close to Montmartre but the tube station is rough. The streets after that are fine but the station itself is not even during the day.
