Hôtel Le Tourville by Inwood Hotels

Everything! This hotel is a gem. It was wonderful from the moment we entered the lobby and we became aware of the most lovely, fragrant scent to everything that followed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel is small, on a quiet, residential boulevard, yet you turn the corner and there are restaurants, shops and the train. The hotel was spotless, our room nicely updated with an extremely comfortable bed and above all air conditioning! Nothing was over the top, everything was just right down to the softness of the towels. We would stay in this hotel again, and again, and again. I have yet to stay in Paris and been this satisfied (& I am a very picky who it comes to where I sleep and shower!). Merci Hotel Tourville! Nothing

Breakfast was delicious, the bed was so comfy, it was easy to adjust the temperature of the room. I couldn’t turn on just one light- it was either they were all on or all off. I just ended up turning on the bathroom light and leaving the door open. The toilet is rather close to the sink- I was bumping into the cabinet! The shower made me nervous because there was no lip and I got water everywhere!

The hotel is in a good location for the Eiffel Tower I found the hotel breakfast a bit pricey given what it included; the price could be kept lower.

Relatively quiet street Very small, WiFi connections horrible. No ice machines, snacks. Fell and sprained ankle and they COULD NOT even provide me with ice- needs some remodeling

The staff were very nice, professional and helpful. When I arrived, there was a welcoming note with a little gift. I was there during Easter and I got another gift, a dark chocolate chicken, very yummy. And the day before I left, I got a thank you note. Both handwritten notes. I’ve never received this type of generosity and kindness. They also upgraded my room without me requesting it. The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything. Whenever I stay in Paris, I stay in this area. My usual hotel was booked up so I used this one and I think this will be my future hotel. I had one breakfast and it was delicious. They had a lot of offerings. They helped me book a car service to the airport. It’s a service they offer. I highly recommend staying here. N/A

Rooms are kind of small

The hotel is located in an excellent and safe area of Paris. It is a small boutique hotel with its own charm and personality. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and attentive to all our needs. They know the area very well and were able to recommend places to visit and local restaurants. The room size was as described in our reservation, and the cost is excellent value for this area of Paris. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and other attractions. My husband forgot his eyeglasses, and the hotel staff contacted us, offering to mail them to us. The room was always stocked with free coffee, water, and soft drinks, and we received personalized greeting and departure notes from the manager. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and we definitely enjoyed the stay at this beautiful property.

It was very nicely maintained. It was a convenient location to access many parts of Paris desired by tourist. The room and bed were comfortable. The staff were incredible and very helpful.

The hotel staff was fantastic. The location was great for walking all over Paris.

It seems as they gave me an adapted room. Ground level. Super noisy during the night. The mattress and pillows were subpar for a 4* hotel. The bathroom sink was way too low for someone with over 6,3”. Even checking out at 8:30am I had to wait for 10’min for someone arrive at the front desk on the day of my departure. I got a super good rate for what I thought was a regular suite in the hotel, but it ended up being expensive as the room didn’t match the description.

Improve Breakfast, not a lot of choices to eat.

Overall cleanness and convenient location. Shower set-up without fix glass and slipping in tub, which makes it unsafe to elderly or handicap persons.

The water isnt bottled. But generally it was ok. The lighting in the room could be much better. The toilet/bathroom has no ventilation.

The staff was amazing - very friendly and helpful. The location just a couple of blocks from the Eiffel Tower was very important to me. Very close to major touristic sites - at - the same time it did not make me feel like a tourist - I felt at HOME. The nearby restaurants a major plus. The rooms were cleaned daily and new sheets daily. I will definitely stay at the Hotel Again once I am back in Paris. SOFIA - The at the Front Desk always Lovely, Helpful, and Friendly Front Desk => She made us feel at Home. Everything was perfect about the Hotel's Locations and Service.
