Dry close to Paris Gare du Nord train station, which gives easy access across France via SNCF trains as well as the metro for around Paris and RER city trains which also access Paris locations, especially Charles De Gaul international airport. Hotel is well staffed, 24/7 receptionist, a comfortable lobby and an attached restaurant for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The room was very comfortable with mini espresso machine, snacks for purchase, comfy robes and slippers. The room was well appointed and super clean. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was top notch. All in all a great location, price, facility, and friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

Cute boutique hotel with a great location near train station. Staff where friendly Due to the hotels age and construction you can hear a lot of creeks and cracks, people closing their room doors and moving about in the hallway ect…

Our room just would not cool off. We left our blinds closed & bathroom door shut & as someone who normally doesn't like a room very cool, I was sweating most nights & had a hard time sleeping because of it! Our power also went off one of the days 4+ times.

I really liked the atmosphere with all the colors! The location (right next to a train station) was also perfect for the trip I planned.

Decor is cool. Little bar and cafe is very cozy, lovely food and drinks, chilled atmosphere and excellent value. Superb staff. It's small, room very small but we didn't mind as it was so cozy. We could hear some train announcements early in the morning from nearby tram station.

Our second time staying here - the location is great and the beds are comfortable.
-
The shower temperature could not be controllled. It was either freezing cold or so hot you couldn’t stand in it. We resorted to turning the water off and on to be able to bathe
-
Breakfast and location were great and room was very clean. The size of the room was quite small for the price. And bed was very stiff
-
I will simply keep staying here again and again. The reservation system for the bassin and breakfast etc is a bit wonky as you don’t get a confirmation after requesting a reservation through there seemingly useful online system. And in our room this time there was nowhere to hang our coats. So as you can see it’s absolutely in the details!

This stylish hotel is conveniently located between two Paris train stations. The rooms view over the station was charming. The downstairs cafe was welcoming. The room itself was well decorated. The entry to the room was very tight. The bathroom, located inches from the bed, had a mildew smell. The room was fine for one person, but would not be for two.

Very clean rooms and comfortable beds, nice lounge area and friendly helpful staff

Very friendly and accommodating staff and the room was very cute The room was quite cold even set at highest setting. Did not have additional blankets but did provide a space heater for use.

I am usually not bothered by smaller European bathrooms, but the toilet in 306 (if I am remembering correctly) had me leaving the door open to use the toilet. This might be an issue for anyone but small couples or solo travelers. I also couldn't manage to get the shower below steaming.

Location , cute stylish room with very comfortable bed Shower was hard to figure out :)
-
breakfast very good; location different from what I expected but in the end it was fine. location seemed a bit sketchy

Tub was fun. Robes were nice. Bed so comfortable. Old historical hotel with modern conveniences.

Funky little boutique hotel , really well located right beside Gare de L’Est so super handy for metro lines 2 mins to Gare du Nord Nicely decorated and nice little touches like bathrobes and Dyptique toiletries Nice little cafe attached - lovely snd sunny in the mornings Room was tiny , we have been travelling for 2 weeks and there is literally no room for luggage ( maybe get rid of table snd chairs). No water ( unless you buy it ) no milk on tea tray. Shower was very hot snd unable to adjust - we mentioned this to the reception and were advised you need to adjust before you turn on shower - some instructions would have been useful here as apparently lots of people ask this . Also no where to hang towels - we are happy to reuse our towels to save the environment but we need somewhere to hang them / also no where really gif hand towel - 1 hook in bathroom where bathrobe is having really doesn’t cut it .

The Lift was small and slow
-
It has a funky style and was super close to the Gares l’Est & Nord. The neighborhood was a little intimidating between 5pm and 10pm.

The ambiance Not close to the center but not bad
