A small, modest hotel, needed a quick night's stay in Paris, close to the train station – this was just the thing hree euros for a cup of tea, a bit unexpected – can't they give a guest a cup of tea for free?

Location was great, close to cafes, restaurants and a number of metro stations. Also walkable distance to Le Marais. Area felt safe and street hotel was on was quiet. Staff in reception during mornings and afternoons really friendly and helpful. No kettle in room. Asked to use the kettle in reception with mixed success. One really helpful member of staff said we could help ourselves to hot water anytime, however man on reception in the evenings repeatedly made a huge fuss about this, insisting that we couldn't do it ourselves and saying it was a huge problem. Stayed in room on courtyard side of building which was mostly really quiet. However when another room on the same floor received an alarm call from reception multiple times, this could be heard loud and clear from our room even though we weren't adjacent to any other rooms.

Location, clean, friendly, good free coffee Cleaners were excellent, . We weren’t given the rooms next to each other as promised. Sink leaked day 1 , supposedly repaired, leaked again day 3 , flooding the floor.

The hotel is in a really great location and the staff are very friendly and speak excellent English. Our room was super comfortable and great value for money. (We were upgraded for free so I can’t comment on the original room we reserved) The shower is inside the room so you have to be careful with the water but we didn’t have any problems.

Very nice staff ! Clean and excellent location, comfortable bed. Not that cheap but it’s Paris and it was still decent.
