I asked for a fist floor and I got a third floor. Shades didn't work in the first room and the cable and wifi didn't work in the 2nd room

Rooms and shower were TINY, pillows were not good.

Location Having real windows to open, even in bath! Great AC Breakfast is a plus Let us store luggage and brought them up to the room ( no elevator) 24h concierge : very nice staff

the only positive was the front desk weekend clerk. he was pleasant. there are so many other places to stay in the area - choose one. the room was on the fourth floor with no elevator and a dangerous staiorcase the room was tired, chipped paint and peeling floorboards. flyer in room said enjoy a bottle of water on us - no water (apparently they have stopped that but forgot to take the sign down) medicore on so many levels

Location was very centrally located. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was very clean and neat. The pillows were not very comfortable, they could be upgraded.

TV remote control does not work. The staff was unable to fix the issue in two days.

Very small rooms, not elevator, not bellboy, breakfast very limited, heater not working, etc.

Location was the best. Very easy to find and get around. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. the room was small and the I could barely get into the shower. We only got new coffee cups the first day and by the end of our stay we weren't getting coffee. The stairs were very steep.

Decent location Friendly front desk who were always happy to help Nice rooms that were clean and had ac for heating or cooling which is rare in Europe. The rooms are quiet and clean not the biggest but in that location this hotel is a gem. Breakfast was not ok Barely any protein you had to cook the eggs yourself and not that many veggies or fruits for the breakfast and resupplying was very slow

location to the tower and to some nice little shops in the area was nice. i don't have much else good to say about the hotel Maybe an elevator? Maybe a safe in the room that wasn't broken? maybe someone could have offered me help to get my heavy bags to the 4th floor up a winding narrow staircase that you would only encounter in a fire hall. The small bar fridge did not work. The room was so small there was no place to store any luggage. There were no closets, dressers or anything to place clothing items. There was desk in the corner with a chair that you could not even sit at because it hit the corner of the bed. There was no 'do not disturb' sign available that I could hang on the door and each morning a cleaning person would knock loudly on the door and then quickly open it. Very disturbing. There was only one room key available that I had to give to the front desk every time I left which I found very strange.

It was so expensive for such an old place this, you can hear the sound & noice from other rooms. It was clean & the bed was comfortable. It was only for sleeping only.

Great value with above average size room for Paris. Staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was simple but enough to start the day. Located very near everything and the metro. Very quiet for the location. The breakfast could be better stocked.

A petite jewel in the heart of the 7th and two blocks to rue Cler. Staff was helpful and friendly. Clean. No elevator that might effect some. If you are looking for a luxury hotel with a price that matches, this is not it. If you want a wonderful budget hotel that is safe and clean with first class service, then this is it.

Location is fabulous. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Excellent restaurants all within walking distance. No WiFi for 5 days, and wouldn’t give any rebate . Very disappointing.

Couldn't really watch TV. Not that there wasn't plenty to do.. it would have been nice to watch a little in English. Was not able to use subtitles. Internet sketchy as well
