The staff was friendly, the false advertising of amenities wasn’t their fault. It also wasn’t there fault on how the hotel management handles issues with the building. I don’t like the false advertising of this hotel with the amenities they provide. The breakfast was not a lot of options and should be free. I recommend you do not buy it ahead of time.(or at all) During my stay during Christmas week, I was told by hotel staff that the building heat did not work..after I complained. I was told the amenities that I was looking for either they didn’t have or didn’t work. This hotel didn’t even had the decency to provide extra blankets. Instead they only provide extra bedsheets which were super thin. The parking was also pretty bad. Very limited parking for 6 floors of guest. At most there’s 15 parking spots Please I recommend the go to another hotel. This looks nothing like the pictures
