the location is good, it has the subway station 5 minutes walking. The bedroom are okey. the hotel doesn't has lift.

Lovely viennoiserie, super fresh and everything very clean Separate bathroom, with key to access. Bed very comforatable, everything clean and fresh, but thought i reserved twin beds not a double. Just one night so was ok.

Very large room and great price. AC worked great during heat wave. The staircase is narrow so one must be careful but it was totally manageable.

The bed is really comfortable, and the room is clean. The air conditioning works fine. Everything works fine and the receptionists are really nice. It's really near the metro station, so you can go everywhere in Paris. Nothing. Everything is good.

Great location, friendly staff and was surprised by the daily cleaning (given the price I thought no daily cleaning included ). Overall good value for money. I was a bit confused about having to leave the key at the reception before going out. Had to wait a while a couple of times to pick it back up as reception was not at the desk.

Stayed there in July with my family. I would recommend. The stairs were steep but it looked like the were renovating them. Not suitable for very young kids but we liked it. Would I stay there again? Yes. The stairs were steep but it didn't bother me that much.

We had a very pleasant stay at hotel Mimosa. The room was spacious and clean and the air con was fantastic as we stayed when the weather was very warm. The stairs up to our room were very small and steep, it was ok for us but if you are not able bodied or in good health they might not be the best for you.
