Very clean, well designed rooms. Helpful staff, very convenient location in a lovely neighborhood and quick access to metro.

Newly renovated. Very friendly and helpful staff. Especially Nitin and Paolo at the front desk and Ede at breakfast. Really caring and arrange all sorts of small extra things. Air conditioning was great! Good breakfast Rooms were smaller than I expected but comfortable, clean and new. They had talked up a few things on the site such as access to an “executive” lounge that didn’t exist.

Always feeling welcome when I walked in the door. It was so nice! The first morning that I arrived, at about 10:25 am, I was invited to get breakfast even though service was almost finished. The person in charge downstairs was Edé, who was particularly friendly and helpful. // The hotel feeling in general is personal but without being too much. It was just right! My room was clean, neat, and pretty. I stayed 2 different times within 10 days: first on the 5th floor (I forget the number) - lovely. // I am now used to not having housekeeping come to my room every day, which is why I requested that. Nothing against the housekeeper. The Metro stop at Boucicaut is a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The second room was #25 -- I found the bathtub to be very tall and potentially slippery to get into. You might supply a rubber mat to stop a possible fall. Also, the bathroom door is very heavy to open and close -- maybe supply a door stopper to keep it open. Also, American travelers could use some directions on how to use the shower! It's not obvious.

Location was perfect. Near metro station, not crowded, so many food options Our room did not have a fridge so we had to use downstairs fridge for leftovers.

Location and efficient design No AC, small, and breakfast not included

We were offered a room with a balcony at the front of the hotel when we arrived even though we were booked in to a room without a balcony. The receptionist allowed us to look at both rooms and choose which one we preferred. The room was on the small side but it had everything so fine for a few nights. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel as the room was downstairs in the basement and didn't look very inviting. But there are plenty of places around to have a coffee, croissant and a fruit juice.

perfect location. super friendly staff. clean. No luxury but you also do not need any luxury unless you are specifically looking for it. Very comfortable stay.

We loved Yousef the receptionist, he was very very nice, went out of this way to help us find our lost wallet. He made our entire trip

Only 2 bottles of water on arrival day!! You need to pay 2 eur for an extra bottle.

The breakfast was amazing, real friendly staff and receptionist. Pretty clean and tidy. Rooms are a bit tight eapecially toilets in the rooms. Coffee corner in the room could use some variety, creamer/milk, better coffee.
