Nice staff and air conditioning Limited breakfast on second day and 28 euros

Night clerk was super helpful and made sure we were settled in, helped us get the AC working (hint: the controller has a slide-panel to reveal extra controls!!) and so on. We arrived pretty late (after midnight) so this was all great to be handled so smoothly. Equal facility in French or English. There were very limited breakfast options for vegans - only a limited amount of almond milk for cereal, and I couldn't have toast because there wasn't even any margarine/butter-substitute.

The air conditioning has not worked for 3 days and in a such a hot weather. The room temperature has been very high and I couldn’t get sleep for 3 night and the manager hadn’t even bothered to check it. In addition, the lifts were not working ! That was a horrible experience for me!!!

Very convenient for the main stations and metro to the sights. Staff lovely, breakfast good. Comfortable beds and air con fantastic in hot weather (in the rooms where it works). Room 404 air con broken so room very hot. We were given a fan but nothing more done or offered.

I loved that the location was very close to the Gare Du Nord station, very convenient! Would have liked if they had a fridge but other than that, no complaints at all!

Staff were very friendly, had everything you could possibly need and the room was comfortable Everything was great it was just that during our stay there was construction work being done. We were being woke up every morning by a jackhammer that went on throughout the afternoon too. But besides that everything was great.

Nice vintage design, studio was cute. The carpet. Replacing it with hardwood floor would make for a (subjectively) more hygienic experience or perception. And the fire alarm that went off
