If you’re in town for anything at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, this is the play. I was here for an esports event and the hotel is genuinely across the street from the venue entrance — no metro, no cab, no early alarm, you just walk out the door. The Metro 12 entrance is right there too, so the rest of Paris is easy. I booked two days before the event and expected to get gouged. Instead the price was completely reasonable, which almost never happens that close to a big event at this location. What stood out: • Air conditioning that actually works. Rare at this price point in Paris and it made the stay. • Reception staffed 24/7 — genuinely useful when you’re getting back late from the venue. • Unlimited filtered water and coffee, help yourself whenever. • Daily housekeeping, and an elevator. • Spotlessly clean throughout. Bathroom was modern and well lit with a good shower. • Everything you need is next door: grocery store, kebab shop, a 24/7 Subway for late nights. Everything was perfect; it is a shame that people love nitpicking in reviews and ruining the property rating. Don't listen to them.

The hotel's staff was really kind, caring and helpful. The fact that you can leave your luggage before check in/check out was also a huge relief. They have a free filtered water fountain as well as a coffee/tea machine and my mom found the little terrace amazing (as she's a smoker). The room also had an iron and a hair dryer which was very helpful! Overall the hotel is pretty well connected to everything via bus or metro, we even went to the Eifel tower by foot a couple of times! The only bad thing I'd point out isn't even bad at all, really! The toilet was in a separate room from the shower and sink, which we didn't find to be bad, just the room with the toilet was so small I'd have to mention if you're a bigger person it might be really tight.

Nice location. 30 minutes walk to Eifel tower. Staff was so kind. Crossaints at breakfast was fresh. A nice place to stay if you are looking for 1 or 2 days sleep. Will stay again.
