I like the afternoon tea they offer us in the lobby , nice selection of teas and cakes , the coffee machine was available all the time ,, I would be glad if there was an iron available on request in the room , hope that will be possible when I come next time ? Many thanks to all the nice and sincere Staff .

Beautiful hotel. It's well decorated and modern. We loved our room with a view of Paris. Loved the coffee machine available at all times, and the tea time in the afternoon. The bed was very comfy and the room was a decent size. We liked everything.

Outstanding from the time we checked in until the time we left. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and had a lot of options to include ala carte. The Spa was OK. The room was outstanding, large room with an extremely comfortable king size bed. The location was very convenient and easy to navigate using either the Metro or an Uber. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again on any return trips to Paris. The Spa could use a good cleaning.

Rooms were specious and beds were comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t included and was 20 euros for a continental breakfast. No one informed us it wasn’t included until we got the bill at the end of our stay.

Breakfast selections were a little light for Europe but still more than adequate.

Close to train station, wonderful staff, excellent breakfast. Had to figure out my own way to make pot of tea. I put the tea leaves in the pot and then whilst pouring, I put an empty tea bag over spout.

We loved our stay at this centrally located hotel. It was across from the metro, had comfortable and nicely decorated rooms and most importantly had the best staff. Carla was exceptional. She made sure that we had a memorable stay as it was my daughter’s 18 bday. Thank you for your outstanding service!

Location was great, accessible to all major tourist attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. Having a Nespresso machine was definitely convenient. Bed was well made and comfortable. I could feel the train's vibration which was annoying and stressful as it happened quite often being beside Gare Saint Lazare but the property promotes that the rooms are soundproof which obviously is not true. I am a very light sleeper. I was on the 4th floor and I was woken up by baking bread at 5:30 am and could not go back to sleep. Walls are thin as I could hear guests coming in and out of their rooms. Attention to detail was not there. Tissue paper ran out and was not replenished. Bedroom's decor is kitsch.

Great location. AC went out on the first night. Lifts are small but stairs are an alternative. Close to the train station and nice restaurants nearby. Lights in the second room we booked did not work. Staff tried to fix but were out the whole stay.

Get upgraded 1- Enforce me to pay 100 euro deposit otherwise the reception refused to check me in 2- you can’t control the ac in the room they lock it and you must call the reception every time to change it what a joke
