Hôtel Résidence Montebello

Location and value for money - considering Paris prices for accommodation. I think staff and management could improve their welcoming reception area. It felt more like a hostel !

Nice place with a nice kitchen. Not near anything big but that’s Paris, it’s huge so you’ll walk everywhere.

Location Vents were dirty, and the pull-out bed was creaky and uncomfortable.

The tea pot has lots of scale, the bathroom should have towel racks.

Pretty much everything about the property is great, location, staff, rooms, etc. The only thing we didn’t like was one of the beds that was very uncomfortable.

The location isn't the best!

Location and it was clean. The equipments were modern and functioning well. It was very small and we didn’t have a chair to sit comfortably.

every staff member that we met was exceptionally approachable, helpful- very nice to meet. location was perfect. on a relatively quiet street, less than a block away from grocery, bakeries, restaurants, 2 metro stations. very walkable to attractions ~ 30 min. laundromat nearby. clean. main bed very comfortable. sofabed- needed new mattress and springs (told they were updating them all, unfortunately the day that we left).

It was a good location for food and sightseeing. Good transportation methods. Too many stairs, specially with luggages.

Everything was great

Cozy and exactly what we needed. Friendly staff that let us leave bags before and after. Small thing but the hike up the stairs with luggage was a beast. It could also use a better coffee/tea option. Only had a machine down the corridor that was coin operated only. Forced me to go to the Boulanger, so not really that terrible.

We liked the proximity to the metro and to downtown Paris. We also appreciated the knowledge of the receptionists. Dragging our luggage up for flights of stairs was challenging at the end of a long day.

Room was very new/renovated, very quiet and clean. Beds were very comfortable and pleasant. We were lucky to get a free parking spot right in front of the hotel. There is no breakfast, it is very tiny in the common areas, difficult to move around. There is no elevator, and I had to climb 4 flights of stairs with luggage, a baby, and a senior. Do not recommend this place for this reason. Very difficult to get in the room. Small hotel, should be more careful with customers.

Great location and very close to metro. The room was clean and had everything we needed. They also lend us a hair dryer and charger adapter when we asked for this in reception The property has no elevator (it is mentioned in its description) and our room was in the last floor. We had a big suitcase and it was hard to carry it, so I do not recommend it if you are travelling with a lot of luggage. Also as the room in the last floor has a tilted roof, we bumped our heads several times with it
