The friendly, helpful staff. Printing directions for my favorite attractions. Booked my taxi for the airport. Amazing staff. No bars in the tub, a little slippery.

Our room was very clean and tidy. The location of the hotel is great - two metro stations nearby (with direct line to the city centre) and a train station with a direct line to the Versailles. Helpful and friendly reception staff. Calm and quiet neighbourhood.

The position is ok .very good being next door of a 24/7 automatic laundry. Also very good to have 3 or 4 minimarket about 1 minutes walk The carpet is everywhere, from common areas to rooms and it's obviously not clean. In particular I found it filthy specially the stairs. The lift was little and the room did not really meet my expectations. I was expecting more from the photos I have seen online before booking.

Location, cleanliness and delightful night staff Bathroom set up. Couldn’t open the window because the sink is in the way. Shower screen could only move an inch or two because of the sink. Shower flooded the floor. Hairdryer broken albeit the lovely staff found an alternative very quickly

All the staff were all wonderful but especially Emanuel. He went out for his way get us oriented relative to the metro and etc. He was exceptional. The location for our purposes on this trip were good with easy access to the metro. The room was clean and nice but a little small for three people.

The location was great. It gave a real reflection of what its like living in a wonderful city like Paris. It was my wife's birthday so it was a great present. Staff were very helpful and informative. I got speak French again! The room could have had more decor in it for my wifes liking. it was quite bland from her point of view.

A good hotel in a convenient and safe location in Paris. There are many bakeries nearby with the most delicious pastries, and the surrounding streets are incredibly beautiful — you want to look around every corner. The room itself was comfortable and clean. There was a hand soap dispenser in the bathroom, but it had not been refilled.

Great place. Comfy, quiet, super nice staff. I visit Paris to celebrate my girlfriend birthday, it was 25 of April. Hotel staff went extra mile and gave us room #25. Such attention to the details very impressive. Nothing to complain about, highly recommended.
