The window and location Lift very small tow small pay three time to take it to the room

Staff was friendly and helpful. Ordered a cab to the airport when the app did not work for me. Room was well air conditioned. Location was convenient for the cost. Good walking distance from all the major museums. Nothing in particular to complain about. I'm not hard to please. If you're traveling with a group, the room I stayed in might be a bit small for two people, but perfectly fine for one single person without much luggage.

Location This hotel stay was unacceptable! The room did not look at all like ANY of the photos in the listing. there was a lot of rust in the shower, very dangerous while we showered. It was not clean and even had mold in the shower at the top. The bed barely fit in the room and there was almost no space to walk in the room once you opened the door. The baseboards near the shower were falling off. Not only was the room unacceptable, but the staff wasn't very friendly nor were their policies stated. They wanted us to leave our room card with them at the front desk and when I refused said it would be $30 if I lost it. It made us feel very uncomfortable. Also, the first afternoon we returned from lunch our room card was not working. They let us in but failed to provide a working card for at least an hour, leaving us without electricity or air conditioning in the room as the power depended on the card to be in the slot. We were ending our honeymoon here and this was not the experience we were expecting based on the listing.

Bruno and Chrystele were amazing! They were incredibly professional, sweet, and welcoming throughout my stay. They made the experience truly special. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very small room
-
Very basic and simple, staff are 24/7 avaliable for help..

The location is great, everything is close by and you have an incredible pasty shop right in front of the hotel. The restroom was tiny and the AC was not working too well.

They expect you to hand in your room key every time you enter or leave the hotel. This is very strange—this information is not written anywhere, yet you are forced to give up the key. They have added an extra toilet inside the room, but the toilets are so small that you can literally wash your hands while using the toilet.

Clean and very courteous and friendly staff members. Good and easy to locate

The location is excellent and plenty of cafes/restaurants around the area. The room is very small and the bathroom is tiny and seems to be forced to fit in.

The only good thing about this place is the location, walking distance from the Opera and the Lafayette Galleries. We asked for the heat to be turned on and they did. The two gentlemen at the front desk were very helpful, they did the best they could under the circumstances. There is not coffee maker or electrical tea pot in the room as they promised in the booking. No bottle water either. You have to keep asking for toiletries or supplies. Lack of cleanliness, uncomfortable furniture, the room was filthy and so small we couldn’t almost get dressed; no closet or space available to storage your clothes. Dirty room, dirty bathroom, it seems the bathroom was just remodeled but using the toilet was almost impossible because of how was they installed the vanity legs across de base of the toilet. Also the toilet cover was broken and felt on the floor each time we flush it, beside you couldn’t sit on it because of the vanity legs (see photo). The mirror was also broken. One of the picture shows the build up inside the toilet.

Excellent choice!

Location is great, lots of restaurant and bar around, walking distance to everything the sound proof is terrible, we can hear people open their door really clear, and even they flush their toilet

Beautiful hotel and the staff was wonderful.
-
The building is quite old and the walls are not totally sound proof so it was quite loud in the evening.

The location was convenient for us near the US embassy It’s was really filthy , not clean, hair all over the bathroom, dust everywhere , hanger were all sticky, honestly I felt in better hand in India. Rust everywhere in the bathroom and mold at the windows, I wouldn’t complain if I had pay €50 but at €150 I don’t think it worth it. Also we ask for a coffee, the lady refuse to make it as it was outside hours, we were willing to pay we just had a fought day and not wanted to go out at 11am after our early appointment

The location was not bad, but the yard side rooms are very small, dark and seems to be a ghetto. the room was very dirty. they never clean the floor with water, so you can imagine how dirty it was. Besides they are very arrogant. They never replied to messages, not by booking, not by email. When they saw that we were carrying heavy luggage with us, they never help and besides starting to ask us show the keys (we are girls with mother who were staying the 4rd day at their hotel). Very bad service. No support.
