Convenient and close walking distance to the metro. Area felt pretty safe and right next to the 3rd arr. Room was spacious and enough for one person. Aircon was great in summer. They allow luggage holding. Sometimes can hear people in the hallway as sound proofing isn't the best.

did not eat breakfast at the hotel the shower was so small my head hit the shower head if I stood up straight and so narrow that when I was washing myself I would hit the sides or the shower door and I am skinny. I have never seen a shower this small during all my travelling all around the America, middle east and a couple of European countries.

It was clean comfortable AC and not a disappointment just what I was looking for - something very simple and comfortable nice space than needed even. Not a ton of common space but for me that was fine.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. On the first night, the air conditioning in my room made a very loud noise every five minutes, making it almost impossible to sleep. I reported the issue to the receptionist the following morning. When I returned that evening, I was assured that there had been no problem and that everything had been fixed. Unfortunately, as soon as I entered my room, the exact same noise was still there. I went back to reception around 10:00 p.m. to ask for help. This time, a different staff member was on duty. He was impatient from the beginning and repeatedly told me there was nothing he could do. I explained that it was impossible to sleep with the constant noise, and only after I insisted did he contact his manager. Throughout the conversation, his attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. At one point, he even admitted that all of the rooms have some level of air conditioning noise and that my room was probably one of the worst. I genuinely do not understand how this hotel has received so many positive reviews. By the third night, the situation had become even worse, with the noise occurring every two minutes. After another long day of work, I returned to the hotel hoping to rest, only to face the same problem again. When I asked for assistance, the same staff member was once again rude and unwilling to help. I had to argue just to get my room changed because the hotel initially refused to offer any solution. The replacement room also had an air conditioning noise issue, but fortunately the unit was farther from the bed, making it slightly less disruptive. That is hardly what anyone should expect from a hotel stay. Overall, this experience was unacceptable. Guests pay for comfort and a good night’s sleep—not to spend their evenings fighting with hotel staff over a basic maintenance issue. I strongly believe the hotel should resolve these air conditioning problems before continuing to welcome guests.

Loved the location and how close the hotel is to the Metro and local attractions. Lots of great eateries just outside the door and within a 3km radius - loved this spot. The walls are quite thin but otherwise the double room is perfect if you're needing somewhere to stay. Air con worked a treat and the bathrooms were spacious and comfortable.
