The location is great. Near to eiffel tower & metro. There are nearby cafes and store which makes more convenient. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. We were able to check-in early as there was an available room when we arrive in the morning. The room is very spacious and clean. Beds & linens & towels all looks clean. On top.of that, it's very affordable & worth your money! None

Our room was clean but was more like a hostel room. Location is good; not far from Eiffel Tower but also in tourist-y area. I left a white Patagonia jacket in the closet upon checkout and cleaning staff took it. The manager said no jacket was left behind. I know exactly where I left it and called with 24 hours.

Good location, minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. You don't actually know which room you're getting when you reserve it so when we checked in it wasn't what we expected. They changed us to a different room that had more separation, but it was definitely run down. Also the hotel is directly above the subway line and is very loud and shakes every time it runs through.

Stayed in room 114 with an amazing view of the main road from the window. The location of the hotel was impecable, I went for my morning walks to the eiffel tower and back with ease and was able to comute very well using the metro which was literally outside the hotel front door. For journeys a bit further afield we also were lucky enough to have a taxi rank right outside which took away the stress of ordering an uber. Such a wonderful hotel in an amazing locality, cannot wait to return for another stay. Nothing bad to say.

The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was excellent—just a 10-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and only 5 minutes from plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants. The air conditioning in the rooms was a lifesaver, especially during the extremely hot weather. We could hear the trains arriving from our room, but the comfortable room and cosy beds more than made up for it.
