Hôtel Williams Opéra

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable; it was the perfect space if you're looking for a small place you won't be in half the time. The area was perfect for walking around Paris without ordering Ubers. There is no air conditioning in the hotel as advertised. There's no need to lie, plus with the price we paid, it makes sense that it should come included in the room. It was hot on the 5th floor, I can only imagine during a summer heatwave with no air conditioning.

Very standard Parisian hotel! Cute spiral staircase, elevator to the half-floors (lol), and funny bathtub with shower head! This was perfect for our last night before heading to the airport. About 12 min walk from Gare du Nord, plenty of space for 2, clean bathroom and comfortable beds. Very quiet room which was nice, and very close to metro stops. The staff was friendly and the stay was as expected! The bathtub was pretty standard for older hotels in Europe, but if they’d give you a shower head holder and a curtain it would have made it a little easier to bathe!

It was Close to Sacre Coeur. Not much else was positive. Receptionist was smoking and seemed like she was used to troubleshooting problems. The room was small, without air conditioning, and there was no shower! Just a spray nozzle - no shower curtain. What kind of hotel does that? The fan in the room did not work well and with the hot weather the room was stifling. I realize that AC is not mentioned in the notes about amenities, but travelers need to know this is barely better than a hostel. No AC, no shower, poor fan, poor lighting. We did not even stay two hours. We ate the cost and went to another hotel. All (ALL) the available options had AC and much better rooms.

Breakfast was excellent. The front desk man at night was super nice, and both front desk women were helpful for us. They helped with English and we tried our French in the hotel for the first time as we started our vacation. Many thanks. No problems.

My Stay at this hotel was for the location easy for watt I had to do. Absolutely no service, no help for the luggage To safe doesn’t work need more cleaning Indoor room, the bed was not really comfortable But the good thing was very quiet . For the price could be better way better No service to welcome you no help for the luggage

The wifi does not stay connected.Had to stand by the suite entrance door to work somewhat. Otherwise wouldn’t stay connected

I think the staff was great and the room was spacious. The location was good near the metro and walkable to Galleries Lafayette and other key areas. I recommend that the property improve the WiFi which was slow and unreliable.

The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. 1. The llift stops in the middle of a staircase and going up and down was difficult to manage (we are over 70 yrs. old.). 2. It wasn't cllear where the fire escape was. However, this being said, we would stay there again.

Sparkling clean room and hotel in entirety! Staff very well mannered and polite! Shower cabin could have been bigger for 190 cm person but manageable.
